My best weight to muscle when I was younger was just shy of 90kg. For now I am doing pushups and the exercise bike, and no eating/snacks after supper. Hoping to hit 95kg by year end. I need to get lighter before being able to add pullups into my routine.

Which is why I think everyone should learn to drive, and pass a test driving a manual transmission car. It teaches you coordination, and keeps you focused on driving, not distractions. I think I almost died laughing at this dribble, the RTP isn't even a police force, it's a mafia.
