Well during WW2 the Coke cola factories in Germany were unable to make the drink due to import restrictions . so what they did was to make another drink in the factories using ingredients they could source. The drink was for public consumption , rather than for the Nazi soldiers

Trump Reiterates Warning to Hamas on Hostage Release
Nick Carter icp replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Half of Hamas has survived , the other half hasn't survived -
They should release the hostages because its a war crime to take hostages, its a war crime and against all international laws and rules . Hamas need to receive the same punishment as the Nazi war criminals did in 1946 . They need to face justice for their actions . Either execution or a life in jail . They need to pay for their war crimes . They cannot be allowed to commit war crimes without consequences

Scrutinizing BBC Verify: A Record of Errors and Omissions
Nick Carter icp replied to Social Media's topic in World News
A good example is Wikipedia . About ten of the moderators there grouped together and got non left wing media sources classified as being unreliable . Right wing media sources have been classified as being unreliable and its only reliable if the Guardian publish it , then the small group of Guardian readers keep posting links to their news stories on forums and before you know it, the Guardian is popular and before you know it Jonny F has been invited to the Afghan refugees annual reunion party at the Labour parties headquarters invited by host Siddique Khan because of his extensive Guardian link clicking throughout the year -

The Israelis oppose Netanyahu for his internal running of the Country , just like there are protests against the Government in many other Countries . Israelis seem united in the fight against Hamas . Some Israelis may oppose Netanyahu just like all Lefties oppose Right Wing Government , but that doesn't mean that they want to surrender to Hamas and allow Hmas to win the war , Two separate issues here

Nong Khai Border Bounce 2025
Nick Carter icp replied to DrJack54's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I was at the land border and requesting a visa exempt stamp to enter Thailand and I needed a flight back home to be allowed in on V.E.S I wasn't applying to get a Non O at the land border , I was requesting a Visa Exempt entry and a ticket home was required for that entry. I.O wouldn't stamp me in on V.E.S because I didn't have a flight home -
Nong Khai Border Bounce. Avoid !!!
Nick Carter icp replied to VintageTQ's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Thinking about it, I may have misunderstood . When I initially tried to enter Thailand through the border the I.O asked to see a flight back to my home Country and I couldn't provide one . I went away to get internet connection for my computer and showed him an out of date flight ticket and asked whether that could be accepted . He said that it couldn't and I then said that I just need to get back into Thailand where I will get a long term visa . He may have meant *No you cannot come back into Thailand (because you haven't got a flight home) and you can apply for the long term visa from abroad* . *You cannot apply for the long term visa from within Thailand because you haven't got a flight back home* Maybe that's what he meant -
Today I bought some H.P sauce from Big C . 179 Baht for a 450 gram bottle . Bargain

Nong Khai Border Bounce. Avoid !!!
Nick Carter icp replied to VintageTQ's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I said that I needed 30 days left on the permission to stay because that is how long the process will take . That must have made him realise that I was going through an agent and not going directly through immigration , He was annoyed and shouting , as I didn't want to cause an escalation , I just backed off and walked away as he didn't seem to be open for a discussion -

I had already contacted the agent and arranged a price , a date for handing everything over and the other necessary documents needed . Doesn't that count as "already beginning the process" ?
