  1. That's true. People are very diverse within stereotypes. I didn't say it wasn't fashionable though. I said it was bizarre and it made a statement. That it was bizarre is obvious but I'm not entirely certain of the statement. I took it to mean she wasn't happy that he won.
  2. How moronic can you get? Who do you think designs women's clothes? Anyway of course she's an attractive woman but Hamburgler was a manly look. FACT.
  3. She definitely doesn't! That is well documented. They have a CONTRACT. He needs her on occasion for the press and of course for very big occasions such as the Carter funeral and the Hamburglar thing. She needs him for the obvious reasons and what it would cost her to dump him. Who she does obviously love in Barron. Unfortunately it looks like he's been sucked into his father's political sphere. I had hopes that he wouldn't be corrupted by that, but too tempting and too late.
  4. Just wait a while snookums and people will be sick of Trump. He ran on lowering prices and now he's distracting with insane talk about expanding U.S. territory and invading friendly nations.
  5. Not just people. A first lady who is known to care very very much about how she dresses and the messages her dress conveys.
  6. That's not the whole story about that and if you didn't know that, ignorance is no excuse. FACT -- Donald Trump is an adjudicated rapist.
  7. It's obvious but this is a discussion forum not a court of law.
  8. ... and multiple convicted felon and adjudicated rapist. That's your law and order guy. As bad a role model for children as can be imagined.
  9. Interesting. I find her outfit more handsome than pretty. At least Jill Biden if you didn't find her hot enough as if anyone needs that in a first spouse, clearly LOVES her husband. With Melania, you know it's transactional.
  10. That's another theory about the hat. A perfect weapon to deflect his creepy kiss.
  11. Sure. This is a reason I didn't remit one baht last year as I'm waiting for things to shake out. I'm willing to pay an advisor that I trust (hard to find) but I think even they don't know enough yet to be worth paying.
  12. At this point in time if you insist on telling them about exempt remitted income, there is nothing on the form about that. A tax company that I am not endorsing recently speaking at the Pattaya City Expat Club does show such income on returns they prepare but only on a custom made additional memo page that they add to the return. They acknowledge that most people UNDERSTANDABLY will not mention it at all. They are being proactively defensive but to me it sounds nuts if the forms don't support.
  13. Truth in posting here. I've never been to Siem Reap but I've watched a lot of cost of living, apartment hunting videos about the place. You need to compare like to like places between Thailand and Cambodia. Siem Reap is a desirable place to live there. Perhaps it can be compared somewhat to Chiang Mai in quality of amenities for expats except for the poor health care options there. So a better question is Siem Reap cheaper for the same level of living than Chiang Mai? My guestimate is YES, and if you choose cheap accomodations you should be able to save some money. maybe 100 to 400 dollars a month max. Now if you're willing to living in some bummphuck Isaan backwater, yeah you could go even cheaper.
  14. In that case don't mention the non-accessable pension remittances at all. Now he's locked into an incorrect ruling probably unless he hires an expensive lawyer to correct them.
  15. That's true. The hat on the Hamburglar is closer though. But totally bizarre regardless. It's clear she is NOT happy he won, yeah?
