This is getting so silly. It's not that hard! Another reason why CISGENDER is such a useful word. The Thai woman is a cisgender female. She became romantically involved with an American transgender female. They can be legally married here if the American's passport shows gender male. They can't be legally married if it shows gender female. Transgender Americans are allowed to change the gender on their passport. I don't know what gender is shown on the passport because it's not mentioned in the press item.

BTW, yes Biden's age is a problem, and it is legitimate to use that as a campaign issue. So running against Trump would be best for Biden's chances as Trump is old too.

What's going on now with non-troll democrats accepting but not being thrilled about running with Biden again is about not wanting to do the maga fascists any favors by dividing the democratic party. Biden is the incumbent and he has been reasonably successful believe it or not, most democrats think so anyway. So he has decided to run. He pretty much gets the nomination even though it is true probably the majority of democrats wish he wasn't running and they could put up a new (but not a troll) credible alternative. But another factor is that any incumbent always has a built in advantage. A "better" younger democrat would lose that edge. Eye on the prize is simply saving democracy from takeover by the maga fascists.
