This is already a world war (more or less) and people with short term isolationist views like American fascists Ford and Lindbergh were againt getting involved in a European war back then too. The west cannot accept any other outcome and the good news is at least for now Ukraine is winning and there is popular support among the western allies to continue supporting Ukraine with what it needs to continue winning.
