  1. Make you mind up . My mind isn't the mind that needs to be made up. It's the minds of the leaders of both Israel and Palestine that have to be made up. If they are set on having a state of their own, then I would recommend a two-state solution. If they are acceptable to live together in peace, then I would recommend a one-state solution. Maybe I should have said I do not support an EXCLUSIVE Jewish homeland, but one that is open to Palestinians, and others, too.
  2. I'm okay with that, but the problem is, just WHERE is this Jewish state? What are its BOUNDARIES? Does it include Gaza and the West Bank? If these areas, especially the West Bank, are to be shared by both Jews and Palestinians, how can that be done? If all this territory is to be only an exclusive "Jewish Homeland," what is to be done with the Palestinians who live there? Will they be expelled, or if not, how will they be treated?
  3. No, because I don't care if there is a Jewish homeland. As I said above, I'd like to see everyone, Jews, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Hindus, and even atheists, live wherever they want to, together as equals and in peace.
  4. I certainly don't consider myself a Zionist. I prefer a one-state solution where everyone lives as equals and at peace. If that's not possible right now—and it seems like it's not—then I believe a two-state solution is the way to go.
  5. I don't see cannibalism as any horrible thing unless someone is killed to eat them. If they're already dead and you have no other food, then I believe that is acceptable.
  6. I agree with that list!
  7. I am a Harris supporter, or more correctly, a Trump opponent, and I am not like Trump supporters who seem to have an unlimited attention span when listening to Trump's and Vance's accusations and lies.
  8. I started to watch this video referenced above, but it was 30 minutes long. Way too long for me. 😞
  9. I'm considering doing this, and I believe you need to attach your solar panels to a series of batteries and then use an inverter to convert the batteries' DC into AC 220V to deliver the electricity to your car. You could deliver the DC directly to your car's batteries with a non-standard connection, but the car's standard connection requires AC. I'm not an expert on this subject, but after learning about all this online, these are my recommendations.
  10. I hope Michael Moore is correct. I have already sent in my vote, but I vote in California, so my vote will be the same as most Californians (Democrat), so it will have no impact on the Electoral College votes.
  11. Mexicans are Americans. They are from Central America, just as I am from North America. Some immigrants are from South America. We are all Americans. Yes, because of our Electoral College system to elect a president, my vote in California doesn't really matter in the overall scheme of things, but it does to "we."
  12. I've already voted, and guess who I voted for? 😄
  13. I am a citizen of the USA, which some refer to as an "American." I was born there and lived there for over 50 years. I moved to Thailand about 20 years ago (I'm 78 now). In fact, I'm still registered to vote in California. About a week ago, I sent in (faxed) my ballot for the Nov elections, and have received a verification of it's receipt and acceptance. Are you an "American"? And by the way, most of the immigrants trying to get into the USA over the border with Mexico are "Americans." 😉
  14. Not really, considering US media is extremely biased in favor of the left. One would have to be a fool to take any article posted here at face value But you accept everything Trump says as true, right? 😄
  15. Elon Musk Fear of Jail if Kamala Harris Defeats Trump: "If He Loses, I’m F—ed!" I'd be in favor of that, but I don't think that is going to happen. I do hope Trump will be put in jail or prison for his convictions.
  16. First Conviction in Victoria for Nazi Salute: Self-Proclaimed Nazi Faces Sentencing This is definitely a violation of this person's right to free speech, which is evidently not protected in Australia. 😞
  17. What a total bunch of BS!! How would the court system even attempt to go with your crazy plan without a HUGE $$$$ overhaul? The $$ it takes to arrest. Then release on their own recognizance,( I can't believe someone even said that!) Then you want them to get an appointment in the future to be heard by a Judge! A committee!?? Then they can stay or be deported! Have you even thought more than a minute about your fairyland tale? What percentage will come back? What are the costs? LMAO Above, your comments highlight the difference between liberals and conservatives. You are concerned with the costs, and I am concerned with the immigrant's welfare. I always say the difference between liberals and conservatives can be boiled down to the starting letter of a two-letter word. Liberals are concerned with "we," and conservatives are only concerned with "me."
  18. Trump’s Plans Would Increase US Debt Significantly More than Harris’s, Study Finds So, does this finding surprise anyone?
  19. I do see it as a "gray area" (American spelling of "gray"), but yes, undocumented aliens are here illegally. That doesn't mean, however, that they have to be deported. They could be arrested, released on their own recognizance, and then their case heard by a judge or committee after that. Then, if they don't meet the qualifications for being a refugee, they should be deported. That's how I think undocumented aliens should be treated.
  20. Thats because you are a left wing terrorist supporter I consider myself a left-wing, two-state-solution supporter. I am against the terrorism we've seen over the past 70 years from both sides.
  21. As a citizen of the USA, I am... 1 - ...against "ghost guns," and in fact, I would like to see the 2nd Amendment reviewed and major limitations placed on the types of guns a citizen has a "right" to "keep and bear"; 2 - ...against any prohibitions of any legal medications or surgical procedures prescribed by a doctor; 3- ...for any laws that prohibit minors from visiting pornographic sites, and in fact, would be for laws prohibiting pornographic sites entirely.
  22. We see what happens almost every day on AseanNow Forums. There's always some Farnag who's either in the country illegally or on an expired visa. They are fined and probably deported. The people we're talking about here, though, are people who have come to the USA for asylum, fleeing some economic or political turmoil in their home country. Their situation, IMO, deserves to be heard before the authorities decide to deport them. I know that's not the majority opinion in the USA, but I favor making immigration as easy as possible, not making it very difficult.
  23. Israeli Interrogator Warns of Continued Violence as Long as Hamas Leader Sinwar Lives I would say the same about Netanyahu...
