AIS and True reinforce identity checks for multiple SIM card owners
Georgealbert replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Not going to effect many, as only for those with multi sims and verification can also be done online it seems. From the government guidelines. According to NBTC's instructions, the following steps will have to be taken: • 8,000-plus people who own more than 100 SIM have until the end of January to verify their identities. • 22,000-plus people who own more than 30 SIM cards have until the end of March to verify their identities. • 380,000-plus people who own more than five SIM cards have until the end of June to verify themselves. -
55555 so funny. You only believe the lying conman, only his truth matters? Hope you are making your donations to help the poor victim. Fake orange tan. Fake comb over. Me, me, me Narcissism. God made Trump video. I am the best of the best, I know more than any expert. A genius using court orders to stop his grades being exposed. The business leader that bankrupted 6 companies. Let's nuke those hurricanes. The billionaire scared to show his tax returns. The president with that BEST health care plan, coming soon, look at these blank pages! That new border wall, oh coming soon and Mexico will pay. Guilty of sexual assault. Impeached twice. Covid will vanish in a couple of weeks. Drink bleach will help. The list is endless. Stop using QAnon conspiracies and watching dawn of the dead. Look in the a mirror and ask how did I get here, that I lack the intelligence to see how stupid I am. Trump appeals to the bigots, racists, poorly educated, misogynists, those scared by rainbows and those with the attention span of a gold fish. Wonder which hat fits? Try reading what those who worked for him in government say. https://news.yahoo.com/the-growing-list-of-people-donald-trump-hired-who-eventually-soured-on-him-171720536.html

Another day, another rant. Do you just troll this forum to see how much BS you can post every day. So you defend Gaza, Hamas, when it is under attack, but if the pro Gaza, Houthi, launch an attack against foreign Navy's or civilians, you blame the defenders. Your only consistency is inconsistency. Again you prove your in an empty echo chamber and only hear yourself and your views. You ignore everyone so are ignorant of any reality.

Donald Trump will not speak at New York fraud trial, says judge
Georgealbert replied to CharlieH's topic in World News
Trump will claim this was his winning speech. No legal argument, just more BS for the zombies. Should be fun as the decision is promised by 31 January. https://www.politico.com/news/2024/01/11/trump-lashes-out-at-judge-in-closing-arguments-of-civil-fraud-trial-00135108 -
Can I get a loan?
Georgealbert replied to AsparrownamedJack's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
Do you have the chanote/land documents or are they deposited with the ‘government loan’? Without them the Kai Fak loan arrangement does not even seem an option. I think getting any formal loan seems very difficult, given your updated/full information disclosure. Please don't let pride over it being family land lead you into an informal/high interest loan, as you seem to already facing legal action and don't need further problems. Can only wish you luck. -
Redundancy Lawyers
Georgealbert replied to josephbloggs's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
The chance to negotiate a better deal seems a good start, but if that fails I still think legal action would cost more in his time, money and effort than it may be worth in the end. Challenging a global company is never easy, but he should know the background on how the company operates and conduct their business and what sort of reputation they have. I know a few people who have been in similar situations and have been very stubborn in chasing a better deal, and in all but one case, the finally outcome was no better than the original offer, but in reality it was worse in wasted time, effort and cost. Wish him luck. -

He seemed to have pi##ed someone off along the way. I agree with FritsSikkink, seems the company is following labour laws. How long had he worked for them? “An employee terminated without a valid cause as stipulated by law is entitled to receive the following severance pay: 30 days’ wages where the employment period is at least 120 days but is less than one year. 90 days’ wages where the employment period is at least one year but is less than three years. 180 days’ wages where the employment period is at least three years but is less than six years. 240 days’ wages where the employment period is at least six years but is less than ten years. 300 days’ wages where the employment period is at least ten years but is less than twenty years. 400 days’ wages where the employment period is twenty years or more.” -

This maybe a starting point ,for your friend. Sounds more like the other 2 directors staged a take other, are they Thai? Seen that happen to a few people. If the friend has no large investment to lose, can’t see them getting a better offer, without encountering large legal fees, and then no guarantee. https://thailawyers.com/thai-laws/thai-labor-law/ Hard to believe a MD who could not find their own lawyer without asking a friend to seek help on an open forum. -
555555555 You so busy posting multi post on threads here everyday. Why post this comment, adds nothing to the thread. I think my favourites are all bias, based on the types of music I like. Yardbirds, Clapton, Beck, Page. Who, Townsend. Muddy Waters B B King Being tone deaf does not help.

Why would anyone want to risk it? With the tightening up of all visa/extension requirements, I think it is best to avoid any overstay. It just means planning and following the law. I have never overstayed and also accept responsibility for my life actions, seems some of the visitors of Thailand of not capable of that.

55555 So funny to be lectured by a Trump fan and then called ‘woke’ and told it is just me trying to deflect, when you post offered nothing to the thread. I stated facts, not some made up BS. Try reading the articles not just the headlines, or do you have the same attention span of your hero? It also shows a lack of intelligence and imagination to have to result to trying to use ‘woke’ claim. Maybe shows that you are too arrogant to see your own ignorance. Have a good day, I have fair better thinks to than read BS. https://www.cnbc.com/2024/01/10/trump-not-allowed-make-new-york-fraud-trial-closing-argument.html -

Trump is already trying to use it and has asked for the closing arguments to be delayed. Nice try at a bit of deflection. -
You really do try to make things as difficult for yourself as possible. Your posts show problems with hotels checking in/bookings and money transfers, wise, moneygram, western union and you were scammed. Try to keep life simple, if you not just really a troll.
