U was at my embassy and a thailady applied for a tourist visa to my country. The thai guy at the counter asked her if she had proof of money and she gave her bankbook and asked him if 40 millon baht was enough. The embassy employee get a really red face and didnt say nothing.

I meet a bar manager in surin i used to have fun with. One day she asked me for 25.000 baht..i said no. Then she said if i not give her that money she would go to Bangkok and sell her body for sex so i gave her 300 baht for the busticket.

True.Its alot of yaba users who runs naked on the streets in Thailand.

I brougth my exwife and our 2 kids to my country 19 years ago. Never regret that. She still have a good paid job..my daugther good well paying jobb.. my son study National safety at universety here. That said if the finance start to being a problem the marrige is a daily figth with ur wife.Its a stressful and bad relationship that often ends with a divorce.

Its gone to far the last years.I took a bus years ago from Bangkok to surin just before songkran.The trip usually took about 7 hours. THAT trip took 17 hours because of traffic.That said i think the celebration is to long and to crazy. Alot of foreigners make it even worse.Im not going to be in Thailand on songkran again. Soaking wet clothes with wet money and a broken phone in ur pocket. NO THANKS!!!

I took a rottu(lotto)from Bangkok to hua-hin. Stopped many times but it was a nice trip. Wery cheap.

A friend of mine meet a nice lady in pattaya. He was really in love.One day she didnt contact him at all.I was sorry to tell him she had left pattaya to go to Canada to meet her fiance.I knew that because she told me but i promised not to tell him before she had left Thailand.Another guy told me he have meet a beatiful lady who worked at Big C in pattaya. He was her first foreigner he told me.SHE told me the opposit..she had meet many foreigners before and had sex with them for payment.

Actually the prisoners have to pay the maximum fee for overstay. If cant pay will just be transfered to imm detention center until they can pay.

I think a criminal check is a good idea. Many criminals finds Thailand to be the safe heaven until they get arrested after years in Thailand. Anyway it demands more officers at the airport i think. 2 times i see they arrested foreigners in suvarnaphum.Why i dont know.

Sometimes i tip the staff at my regulear hotel in Bangkok. Maybe 100.baht to each for exellent service. I wanted to eat a good hamburger from mcdonalds and i asked the manager where it was.She just told me to give her money and she went and bougth it for me.I gave her the exchange what i think was about 150 baht. She was wery grateful same i was for the service.

Depends where in Bangkok. I stay in centrum when im there. Of course u can find cheap food and cheaper drinks.Anyway when i was out a nigth in Bangkok they asked 120 baht for a sangsom coke..beer 100..In hua-hin i pay 60 baht.

I stay away from grumpy people. I allways stay in centrum there..never at the beach. Anyway its a quiet place compared to Bangkok and much cheaper food and drinks.

I moved from surin many years ago.I just use norsurin because i get sick and tired of trying get a username here and get denied all the time because the usernames i tried was allready taken.The last years i only been in Bangkok and hua-hin.

I been working in 43 different countries and been to alot cities much bigger and better then pattaya.

Havent been in pattaya for 13 years. No plan to visit again the next decade.Worst place ever i been to.

Dont invest in anything in Thailand..its a really risky business.U can't trust this country at all.

Many years ago there was a high -so wedding in a neighbor village in surin. Suddenly the bride family arrived to my home and invited me and my exwife to the wedding. I had never seen them before.We went there at the afternoon and it was alot of guests there. We get our own table and alot of food and beers and whiskey.They told me to come and stand next to the new married couple and took alot of pics.It was important for them that a foreigner was at the wedding and they asked if they could post my pics on social media.I said no problem at all.I sat with many different people on different tables.A really funny nigth with live music. When i woke up the next morning my exwife asked me who the girls was i sat with and why they hugged me and kissed me on my forhead.To be honest i get so drunk i couldn't remember the last hours at the wedding.I couldn't even remember how we get back home.2 days after they came back and invited me to go to surin and play golf.That day it ended up with the caddies brought beer and drinks to us.Again i couldn't remember how i get back home but my exwife told me when i arrived home i had only one shoe.And the people i went with was also wasted she said.Of course the driver was sober.Funny memories.

Agree.Actually im happy.These people r so greedy that the brain totally only think about more money.So they get what they deserved.
