My marrige was registered in Thailand and in my country after we get married in Thailand.I brought every paper i needed and get it verified at my embassy.Alot of paperwork needed. After 7 years in my country we separated and that is easy We can do it online here After 1 year we get divorced online.My exwife brought the divorce documents to Thailand to the ministry of foreign affairs and our marriage was annulled in Thailand too.

That will never happen.True that they just want our money.I will never ever invest anything in Thailand. I dont want or need that.My money stays in my bank for myself and spend when i want something.But not any kind of properties in Thailand.

Rigth.And get taxed in ur county of origin before Thailand take it.

The next is foreign properties.. condos.. apartments etc etc They will tax it and take it.

Im so happy im not a UK pension are.If I move to fex Thailand my pension is not change. Anyway i choose to stay in my country.I only go for staying abroad few months a year. I allways inform my government when im leaving and how long time i will be in another country. As it is now im only allowed to stay abroad 6 months in a calendar year It starts 1st of January. But i can go to fex Thailand in Augusta and stay rest of the year and start my next 6 months period 1st of January again.A friend of mine tried to fraud the government not follow the rules.Well..one day he get a letter from the government telling him to come to a meeting in the office.He was told to bring his passport with him He get panicked and flew back here the next day.The government reported him to the police and he was charged. At the police station the police had alot of evidence.His passport stamps..his flight bookings and a bank statement about where he had drawing money.He had to pay back every cent to the government and was sentence to jail for about 20 days.If ur government want to check they will find out everything they want to know.

I meet a Nigerian in Bangkok who claimed he was a gold buyer√/ dealer The next day he was thrown out from the hotel beacaus no money to pay his hotebill.This ctiminals should be deported rigth away.Its alot of them witk bs stories.After i learned that this guy have overstayed his visa for many months so he went living with another black scammer.He told me his socalled agent i pattaya had doing something wrong about his visa.

I never stay near the beach.I stay in central hua-hin.Near the police station.I dont like the beachlife. I been working at sea for many years worldwide so i had enough.My last beachtrip was in sentosa in Singapore many years ago when i worked there.People r different what we prefer.

China know that after 20th January they will have big problems about export taxes.Now they try to look for other countries that will do everything they ask for

They try everything to lure tourists to come..they lured people to invest and after want tax. They jump from indians to Europeans to china on a daily basis Thailand is NOT a cheap country anymore compared to other like Vietnam.. Cambodia and filipines.My friend working in a well known bar in Bangkok and she told me yesterday that is almost empty everyday.

My last trip in Bangkok i meet a nice guy from Malaysia.We took some drinks together and he always paid. He bought bottle of nice whisky.. bought cigarettes and other things to me and a german guy.We meet many times and sat together and talked and had a really good time.Well..one day he came over and told me he had bought a new suitcase and offered me his old one This suitcase was good quality.I said no thanks because i get suspicious. The german guy said yes.I think he tried to use us for bringing drugs to Europe.I dont know if the german guy brought that suitcase out of Thailand.

Thats why i choose to be single.I been married to a thailady before for 11 years.We divorced 7 year ago.2 lovely kids together.I brought my exwife and our kids to my country 18 years ago.After we divorced i had 3 other gf in Thailand.When they started getting jealous and childish i just said goodbye.I get sick and tired. Now i enjoy my freedom and i only have some girls staying over the nigth and next morning send them home. I dont give my number but sometimes they coming back and knock my door.We migth take some drinks together but i allways tell them the truth.I dont want a new gf and they understand me.I have some friends i know for about 15 years..we meet sometimes and eating and drinking together.Money never involved.Sometimes i pay and sometimes they pay Then i mean at my place or at their place.I speak thai well and that open some doors and closes other doors.My real friends r genuine people who i can trust.Get msg from them on a daily basis.. wishing me a nice day.Sometimes they ask me if i want to be picked up at the airport but i allways decline that.When i arrive i want to do my own things and go to apartment or hotel alone.

They learning the young ones that money is allways number one.So im not surprised that this is the only thing the thaigirls want.

Well..if his gf didn't make the surgery he would know it the "hard"way.

I left Thailand with my exwife and our 2 kids 18 year ago.I never regret that.

I agree with u.First ur gf/wife take ur money and property.And u get ripped off everywhere..dual pricing etc etc And now the government coming after expats.Whats next?

Not surprised at all.The next is the properties they coming after.Im happy i dont have anything in Thailand. I prefer wake up in the morning without any kind of headache about taxes or other problems. U cant trust this country.

Bangkok is more experience then Pattaya i heard.Im not been in Pattaya for 13 years. What really surprised me was how much cheaper hua-hin is compared to Bangkok. I was out a nigth in Bangkok and they asked 120 baht for a drink..the same drink i bought in hua-hin for 60 baht.

Im not been in Pattaya for 13 years Its a <deleted> place and dangerous for everyone.Foreign criminals all over the place. I prefer Bangkok where i never seen this kind of <deleted>.They open the borders to Russians and chinese gangs and mafia. Look at Phuket too.. people is not safe there same as Pattaya.

Killing the tourist industry.Its to many stories now about the unsafe travel in Thailand. I haven't take a bus for ages..use my regular taxi who drive safe and not like an idiot in 150 km/h.

My exwife wasn't a jealous type of women.When we lived together in surin she used to ask me if i have plan to go to karaoke at nigth because if so she would cook my dinner earlier. I was often in karaokebars and she brought me there.. talked with the ladies there in a friendly way.Then she went back home I i went to surin city about 40 km away she just said enjoy ur time..and told me to take a hotel for the night and she picked me up the next day. That time i worked in Singapore and malaysia.6 weeks on/off. We divorced 7 year ago..2 kids together.I brought my exwife and our kids to Norway 17 year ago.They still live here.I meet my kids on a daily basis because they work near my home.Sometimes i run into my exwife and we talk together in a shop etc.No hard feeling's..past is past.Anyway after i get divorced i had 3 different gf in Thailand.I cant stand jealous girls so i said goodbye to this girl's.I choose to be single and i like that.I love my freedom.

Right.Never investt more then u can afforde to loose.I build a house in surin many years ago.Nice house that only cost me 360.000 baht that time.When i divorced my exwife it wasnt a big loose.Then i mean both..my exwife and the house.I will never buy or invest anything in Thailand again.I only rent and not on a longterm contract.Normally i stay in a hotel and pay 2 weeks in advance.When i go another place in Thailand i do the same in another hotel. Check out without any problems..no headache.I choose to be single and do whatever i want.
