There will always be a few idiot customers and incidents and misunderstandings because of language and cultural differences. i find taxi services in Thailand one of the positives here, easier to get a taxi here and much cheaper than the UK, and the Wins are very handy, quick and cheap. Some people just like to moan about everything instead of appreciating how good life here is. They can not cope very well. They should catch a taxi to the airport.
