    I most likely have spent more time in Bali and Phuket than you have. But I am wrong and the OP is wrong. I suppose I will have to believe some weird guy on the internet who constantly complains about everything and everyone. Thais, Russians, Chinese, Aussies etc.

    No you are wrong. Again. Bali gets about half the tourists Phuket gets. The better infrastructure makes Phuket feel less crowded than Bali.

    No, it is saying what it is saying. phuket is stricter on many rules, prosecuting fake nominee companies etc. Phuket town is even red hot on parking tickets. It isn’t perfect but they do follow rules here more than in other provinces. Hence the recognition.

    He had probably had a few so drove off. Likely no license, no insurance. Foreigners are the worst on the roads, especially on motorbikes, half of them ride around with their indicators on while not turning, the other half looking at their phones for directions. I hope the scars to the girls face heal and she recovers financially.

    The poor people of Phuket are cashing in and are the richest per capita in Thailand by miles. Thousands of USD millionaires have been created because of their great success in attracting well heeled tourists as well as us western sex tourists. Something for everybody.

    I spent a week in a daytime “gentleman’s club” About 8-10 females. The best looking one got more than the other 7-9 put together. If she wasn’t busy nearly everyone chose her. Hot little thing with a dirty mouth.

    Or even teach people how to drive better. My grandmother paid for me to do an advanced driving course when I first got my license. Very helpful as it teaches you how to really handle a car rather than just following road rules.
