Shopee has just taken it to a new extreme, something making me think it are either idiots, or it is a criminal organization. They keep insisting that they deposited the refund in my bank account (5 emails and 1 phone call on that alone so far) and now demand that I send them a copy of my bank account balance. I will post the emails below, to prove that I'm not making this up. =================================================================================== There are 2 more emails, saying exactly the same, so no point in posting them. But then I called Kasikorn, and asked them if they could make a statement that I didn't receive anything, which of course they could not. The only thing they could is make a statement of all transaction this month, which obviously is none of their business. So I sent Shopee this email, on which I didn't hear back for some strange reason..

Because with a biopsy you risk having bleedings. I believe that a bleeding not only can cause infections, but also may spread the cancer

Oh Look, China is also caving in to Trump's threats. The Donnie keeps winning NOT https://finance.yahoo.com/news/chinas-finance-ministry-announces-tariffs-052845300.html The country's finance ministry announced the package of tariffs on a range of US products in an immediate response to a 10% tariff across Chinese imports into the US that came into effect at 12:01 a.m. ET on Tuesday. Within minutes, China's Finance Ministry said it would impose levies of 15% for U.S. coal and LNG and 10% for crude oil, farm equipment and some autos. The new tariffs on U.S. exports will start on Feb. 10, the ministry said. China also said it was starting an anti-monopoly investigation in Alphabet Inc's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google, while including both PVH Corp (PVH), the holding company for brands including Calvin Klein, and U.S. biotechnology company Illumina (ILMN) on its "unreliable entities list".

And that is the problem. People don't log in to the app if there is no refund to withdraw. I never use it to pay for an order. Shopee Pay has customers email address, so they could have send by email. BTW, on my way to OCPB I received an email from Shopee Pay that they will transfer the refund on February 6, so that will give them a few days reprieve. Damn I start to sound like Trump now. A few minutes ago I received an email from Shopee that they had refunded to my account, but nothing has arrived yet. They earlier had emailed me asking the order number it concerned, as if they didn't know that after 6 days of emails and phone calls.

LH bank - CIMB - GSB - Kasikorn - Bangkok bank. The latter 2 are the lowest at 1.80% TAX FREE Now you show how smart you are NOT. The 80K baht loss is on your 800.00 baht in just the last year, since the Aussie $ has declined by almost 10%, and going. 6% before withholding taxes deducted, and agent fees is 48.000, so more like 20.000 at the end of the year. Does that compensate for the 80K loss. You live on a different planet -
Maybe you should keep yourself to the worst jokes section, many of your posts there are funny, instead of posting a one-sided maga post, without a link to the source

Although I have no reasons to believe I have prostate issues, I have been reading up on PSA tests recently, and found more sources that advised against such a test. Main reason was that such a test is not conclusive, and often gives false positives, and when people decide to do a biopsy becaue of the results, it actually may make things worse.

Is that really a question you are unable to answer yourself? Just FYI, I vote right wing in every election, but I can't vote in the US elections You want to deny now that you are a maga proponent, and this whole thread is about maga?
-
When people have to pay more for goods, it reduces the quality of life, since many will not make ends meet anymore. Better stop replying with your maga visions, because they sound very foolish and uneducated
-
You would sound funny, if it wasn't a fact that your comment is so sad. So Trump's voters are happy to pay 25% more for the same thing? I thought he was gonna bring prices down, not up.

You mean those factory jobs that will produce the same thing at a higher cost?

Word on the street is that nobody folded, but that Trump is nothing more than a windbag, and that they told him what it would cost the people who voted for him. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heres-how-much-tariffs-on-canada-and-china-would-cost-you-214017803.html Ahead of the announcement that the US would pause tariffs on Canada for 30 days, the Yale Budget Lab estimated 25% tariffs on Canadian imports and a 10% additional tariff on Chinese goods would cost American households about $690 each. That figure assumes Canada retaliates with tariffs of its own, according to analysis first shared with Yahoo Finance. If it doesn’t, the cost would be $648 per household. Tariffs on Canada would also shrink the US economy by $875 billion, or 0.2% of gross domestic product. And when including tariffs on Mexican goods, import taxes on all three countries would cost about $1,245 per household while reducing GDP by $1.4 billion.

Shopee keeps telling me that they have no access to Shopee Pay, although they are one and the same company, and Shopee emptied my Shopee wallet yesterday. Today I will be talking to OCPB, and maybe have a word with my police captain neighbour about this as well.

Haha, his casino's went bankrupt, something that is very hard to achieve if you have just a little business sense, because he's such a good poker player. -

Were you involved in the conversations, or do you have a source you can link to, that proves Mexico caved? I say that Trump caved, as he get told what damage he is doing. My feeling is that he will not here for long anymore -
Trump already moves backwards with tariffs. Mexico tariffs already paused, next will be Canada and China, and this is not because they kissed Trump's arse, but because his feet hurt from shooting them. I have such a feeling that he doesn't make it alive til July. What an idiot. MAGA, Make America Go Appalling. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/live/live-trump-says-tariffs-on-mexico-paused-for-a-month-canada-china-duties-set-to-take-effect-tuesday-191201428.html

krungsri 1.5% only gain account?
CallumWK replied to proton's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
That is great. My 800.000 baht is in a Thai Bank account at 2.10%, I have several other Thai bank accounts, paying between 1.75% and 2.25%. And what is more important, I don't have to deal with the almost 80.000 baht in exchange loss.
