JK Rowling Criticizes Edinburgh Council for Flying Trans Flag to Honor Violent Prisoner
That is just what I did. that honors the memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence.” You're not only an ignorant woke, but seemingly blind to what you posted as well. Where is stated that this transgender, who was a violent risk to the local community, lost his life due to violence by others?

JK Rowling Criticizes Edinburgh Council for Flying Trans Flag to Honor Violent Prisoner
Where in the OP is stated that this transgender person lost his life due to anti-transgender violence? What I did read in the OP though, was that it concerns a transgender who was a risk to the community of normal people

Deadly Forecast: How Climate Change Could Claim 30 Million Lives by 2100
Another fake article. What has driverless to do with this? In the first scenario, they combined their TaxiBots and AutoVots with public transit (light rail) and discovered that the same number of people could be moved around with only 10% of the cars currently on the road. That’s a 90% reduction! You don't need driverless cars for that, the exact same is possible with the cars today

Called at the Chonburi Taxation office
I have dealt with the Jomtien revenue office for a few years already, to claim back withholding taxes and other things. My documents for claim back withholding taxes are filled in by the staff on the ground floor, and on other occasions I had to go to the legal department and the department that handles the returns, both are located on the 4th floor. I have always been served in English. Same for the tax revenue office in the Amphur Banglamung building, they speak English

Exemption of withholding tax in home country
But what about the withholding tax? On the certificate I have to include my TIN, so it is assumed that I pay the withholding tax elsewhere. Not?

Exemption of withholding tax in home country
Thanks for your reply, but it doesn't answer my question. I believe that there still isn't any clarity that money earned abroad, and not remitted to Thailand, will be taxed here. The withholding tax in my country is also 15%, only that I can't claim it back. The first 1020 euro in interests is exempted from withholding tax. So if I get the exemption, will I automatically get taxed here, and can I claim it back, similar to the withholding taxes on my Thai accounts?

Exemption of withholding tax in home country
My EU bank just emailed me this. Certificate As a result, the client confirms that he requests the exemption from withholding tax regarding: • dividends and other income spread by a Belgian investment company2 (art. 106§7 and art. 117§6 AR/CIR 92); • Income of bonds, cash vessels and other similar instruments 3 (art. 107 §2, 5 °, Ben 10 °, 113 §3, C and art. 118 §1, 1 ° AR/CIR 92); • income of money deposits (art. 110, 4 °, B and 117§6 AR/CIR 92); • Foreign movable income (art. 230, 2 ° CIR 92). So I can be exempt of withholding tax on my savings accounts in my home country. The money in those accounts will not be emitted to Thailand. What does this mean for me in Thailand? Will the Thai revenue office automatically charge me withholding tax on my interests in the EU, or only if I tell them? The bank obviously knows my Thai TIN, because I have to fill that on the document? I have no income in Thailand, and don't plan to transfer money either, as I have enough savings here already. Every year I claim back the withholding tax on my Thai interests, so can I claim the foreign ones as well? I understand that I can claim back up to 60K baht in total per year?

TM30 - real estate agent reports online, but you still need to go and report it yourself!!!
As explained, I have a house book with my name in it, so seems that is accepted instead of a TM30. I can not believe that different officers at different desks overlooked the lack of a TM30 for 12 years

I was definitely not waiting for an answer from you, because you called me a liar in the other thread. And I'm sure that desk 8, which does the extensions, and the desk that does the 90 day reports, will know what is required.

Since there is a discussion about TM30 ongoing in another sub forum, let me post this here, and see what the response is. I live since 12 years at the same address, and have my own yellow tabien baan. In those 12 years, I have left the country at least 4 times on a re-entry permit, and obviously have filed 12 times for an extension based on retirement. I'm on my third passport since I moved into this address. Never have I been asked for a TM30, and there is also none attached in my passport. I'm sure that during all those visits, at least one IO would have noticed the error (if there is one), and taken the opportunity to charge me for not following immigration law. I also have found some older threads where it is stated that if you leave the country on a re-entry permit, and return to the same address, no new TM30 is required. So can someone now for once and all confirm if a TM30 is required or not? My IO is Jomtien

I just came back from the parole office I have to report to for the crime I committed.
This year was my 16th extension, and I can't recall when was the last time I filed a TM30. I don't even know how it looks like, but most likely I filed one when I moved into this address 12 years ago.

And this is from Thai immigration. note Notification of residence in the case of an alien staying over 90 days is not a request to stay in the Kingdom. Any alien who stays over 90 days and does not notify an official of his residence or does so later than the prescribed time limit must report in person and pay a fine of 2,000 baht. Or if an alien is arrested in any case, a fine of 5,000 baht must be paid. http://uttaradit.immigration.go.th/en/notification-of-staying-in-the-kingdom-for-more-than-90-days/

I can't fix stupid. I have my own yellow tabien baan, and that is the copy I provide. You think I should issue myself a tm30?

OK, thanks for calling me a liar.

My office is Jomtien, and I have never been asked for a tm30. My last reentry was September last year, and I had a new extension and new passport in March this year, so I had to visit in person. Next 90 day report I also had to do in person, for reason I explained in another post, so if I needed a tm30 they sure would have told and fined me on one of those occasions. I do have a registered address, with yellow tabien baan, so not sure if that makes a difference
