FYI, in the last 6 months I have opened or changed accounts with ALL major banks in Thailand, and with EVERY one of those banks I had to sign the papers that are now emailed by Kasikorn. And as I already posted earlier, Kasikoprn call center told me that if you opened an account AFTER April 2023, you would not receive the email, because you would have signed those documents already at the time you opened the account

I was just on the phone with Kasikorn, and asked them about the documents. Those that opened any account after April 2023 will not receive the email, since they will already have filled in the documents when opening the account
