  1. What is the difference between an Estate agent and a selling agent, so why don't you leave the key with the latter?
  2. You could do the same for your own deflection about who Trump pardoned, because this thread is about the Biden crime family
  3. I think we had that one already, but it got deleted
  4. That is great. I myself haven't worn a motorbike helmet for over 30 years, and never been stopped or had an accident, though daily people get checked and fined for it, and lots of people die because of no helmet. Now back on topic. The reason you have to keep it in the passport has nothing to do with a reminder, because the passport doesn't notify you on the due date, and people who don't do it online also don't receive an email. The reason is that if (I admit rare event), your passport get checked, you can prove you did the report.
  5. I wonder why people keep feeding the same troll, then later complain, then rinse and repeat under his new handle.
  6. North Pattaya road and Pattaya Nua are the same thing
  7. We are talking about mainly Chinese and Russians, Europeans and Aussies are leaving in droves
  8. From Sukumvith turn on to North Pattaya road, first shop on your left
  9. My 90 day report clearly states, keep in passport, and maybe you passport doesn't get intentionally checked for the report, but passports get checked for some reason all the time.
  10. And what if his passport get checked in the meantime? Then his fine will increase to 4000 baht at the least
  11. Absurd comment.....no country bases it's real estate market on the premise that all sales to resident foreign buyers will not tax funds used to purchase real estate. So what will it be, will foreign buyers be exempt, or will it not be. Can you make up your mind? BTW, if you google it, as you like to suggest, it is clear that many counties exempt foreigners of property taxes, to promote their real estate.
  12. So unlike Obama then, who has the record for numbers of pardons, and awarded it to drug dealers and murderers.
  13. I thought you claimed the other day you weren't an alcoholic? I also recall a picture you posted some time ago, where it showed maybe 30 empty chang bottles in a corner of the room. Maybe time to get a life now everyone has died.
  14. Do you need the physical card to make purchases online, or pay for goods in shops?
  15. I can't thank you enough for that. Now shall I look up the posts where you wrote that you have an extensive list with tens of members, simply because they don't agree with your unsustained drivel?
  16. So you are now stating that the RD will accuse all foreigners of having illegal activities? How would that work out for a pensioner who lives in Thailand 365 days a year, and as the only source of income has his pension deposited on his account in his home country? It has been clearly stated in other threads on this forum, that were started by another know it all bank janitor, that savings are not taxed.
  17. I'm sure you can give us a source, other than your opinion, for your unsustained DRIVEL. You may remember that I had a conversation with the director of the RD in Jomtien, and asked him those specific questions, and posted the answers on this forum
  18. I'm sure you mean slot 103, as you have stated many times already in other threads.
  19. When you sell a property in your home country you get taxed at source. A DTA is in place with most countries to prevent you get double taxed
  20. Oh I thought I was on ignore? So, someone transfers 5 million baht (a common price for condos larger than a shoebox these days), in 2025. I'm sure it will be very easy for that person to prove that he didn't have a 5 million baht income since January 2024, and all excess money above the income he can easily prove, are still considered savings
  21. No YOU are wrong. Money that you transfer and which is income is taxed. Savings you transfer are NOT taxed. There are plenty of threads on the forum, and elsewhere on the internet, where that has been clearly pointed out, with videos where RD officials have stated this. Stop being the attention seeking drama queen in every subforum, because you get tiresome
  22. Yes please add me to your extensive list of people who are blocked because they don't agree with your unsustained claims. You got nothing
  23. Does the BP article have a list of the MANY countries that have that rule? I don't think so, and since you claim it was posted on AN, it should be easy for you to link to that post. But you have nothing
