  1. This comparision of wages earned by a prostitute and girls in normal jobs is foolish. Money is not the only thing a person looks for. There is something called honour, morals and respect in society.
Honour and respect in Thailand culture come from being able to support family.
    Honour,?
Morals? Depends on the culture . No reason why sexual activity should bethought of as immoral.

True for Jewish religion as crustaceans are not kashér for the kashrut (doesn't fit dietary religious laws).

False for Christians (and Catholics in general), as believers follows almost only New Testament, and crustaceans are widely eaten in many Christian countries like Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Philippines and many countries of south and central America.
I think also pope Francesco will not despite some good shrimps from time to time...
So anything in the old testament can be ignored?
  4. Why do they Have to be Halal if one is Not a Muslim? This is Bull+ Shit.  (:
Shrimp and crab also banned for Jews and Christians.
    Leviticus 11:9-12 says:
9 These shall ye eat of all that are in the waters: whatsoever hath fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them shall ye eat.
10 And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which is in the waters, they shall be an abomination unto you:
11 They shall be even an abomination unto you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, but ye shall have their carcases in abomination.
12 Whatsoever hath no fins nor scales in the waters, that shall be an abomination unto you.

    Deuteronomy 14:9-10 says:
9 These ye shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales shall ye eat:
10 And whatsoever hath not fins and scales ye may not eat; it is unclean unto you.

So another good reason to be Pastafarian.

You can apply for a new extension but they will only grant it to July 2018.

HMPO are very helpful, I suggest that you call them and/or email them to advise the relative urgency and to check for receipt of photographs.

    UK passport expires July 2018

Thai visa with 12 month marriage extension ends 3/2/18

New passport applied for Nov 27 but delayed because passport office UK want a different photo.(Their e-mailed notification not received) and only found out when I phoned to check progress.

New photo sent 14th Dec, not received

Another set of photos sent trackable 28/12 recorded as in transit from Bangkok to UK .

I use Roi Et immigration office.

Can not apply for new marriage visa until I have new passport.

I have read that as I have applied for a new passport I can not travel on the old one.

What are my options if the new passport is not available before my visa extension expires.

  7. Thai road deaths from Bangkok Post "Oct 21, 2558 BE · 14,059 reported road-deaths per year, 24,237 Oct 21, 2558 BE · 14,059 reported road-deaths per year, 24,237 actual deaths says WHO, deaths says WHO, "
So Thai figures average 39 per day.
WHO figures = 66 per day
This year over holiday. 62 per day.
Considering the extra number of journeys and vehicles on the road New Year seems to statiscally be a safer time to travel

Whats the complaint? The national average is 65 deaths a day and this holiday its only 46 death per day. You should be proud of yourself OR someone is doing a fantastic job of doctoring the numbers..:saai:
With the increased number of vehicles on the road it also means the chances of being involved in an accident are far lower per journey.

  9. Build a big prison somewhere just for drunk drivers and turn it into a industry like America has done with its prisons. Then 3 months for everyone over the limit no excuses. The police will be under pressure to do there job because they will have to fill the new prison.

Yes, in some ways the US never really got away from slavery.

  10. Exactly.  Insurance companies here will go out of their way to reject a claim.  That's the reason why payouts are low.  Plus of course many drivers don't have insurance.

Thai insurance companies are the same as all others about meeting the terms and conditions.
What I meant was that the monetary amounts paid out for a correct personal injury claim are very low compared to US/European settlements.
