My friend (81) has always had a retirement visa, think the last 20 years, but he recently had a fall, couple of ops, hospital stays, think it cost them about 400k, well at his age insurance is impossible with his other ailments. So, I am going to try and do the marriage extension for him/them, so they can recoup some cash for their bank account and any other problem until he recovers, which at the mo looks a bit shaky. This is just a point for some, none of us know what's around the corner, so we must do anything thing we can to keep the permission to stay valid, as in this case, and back off daft comments of folks financial situation comments.... 😊

Blue book where I was staying, wifey's, print off pages, her ID card with print off, in my case the headman of our area was key, he came along and did his thing, gave him a bottle and 500bht. You have to fill in a question form, of daft stuff. I can't remember anything else, but the key was the headman, he has a register of names who live on his patch..

My thought is they will tell you to go away, if you are that worried, open a second bank account, when done, empty it till the next time....😊
