Oh, answer this, if you are in the UK paying tax, and you send your tax return in late, what happens..? Do they fine you 100 quid on the spot...? They did many years back when I was there.........🤭 So, a fiddle pension is waaay more serious than a late tax return, eh..

No, they put what they know to him, if you are bang to rights you can pay the 1000 quid fine, if you deny it and go to court that is your option, probably at your own expense. My chum did not pay the 1000 quid fine because he/they proved he had a brain operation, and they didn't know about locked pension as his sister in the UK did all his paperwork, he couldn't. I have since done his paperwork for many years to keep him out of trouble.. My chums friend had similar, but he knew he was on the fiddle, he paid the 1000 quid and now lives in the UK... Though this was years back now, but as I said, if you know it all, great, but don't dismiss actual facts, eh...🤗

I think you are wrong 'IF' they find out you are on the fiddle, I mean, in your case you are, you told us so, they can stop a pension whilst they deal with you. My chums pension was actually reduced to a figure years before that THEY said he arrived in LOS, he had to pay the overpayment back too. That bit is clearly stated on the leaflet they send out. But, if you know it all, I am sure you don't worry...........😉
