Remove the old bracket, take to a pool shop and compare with what new fixture you want, many times you can drill new holes in the new bracket so you can mount it.
Observation, never have pool light problems like this unless there are children using the pool, they love to use the pool lights to climb out of the pool!

Pay back is very long, over 8 years on average for an A/C unit. That said they are great energy savers. We use inverters on all motors over 2 HP in many applications.

Amen, never apperciate what we have until we don't have it.
Best of luck, hurry back.

PEA needs to get up to date and have a service to view your bill on line and pay on line.

I have had it a while, download speed great, especially from dedicated download servers, average 25mg+ (have DUMeter that monitors many things)
Up load OK.
In the last 2 month there have been many drop outs, interuptions, loss of connictivity.
Since major upgrades are going on by PEA to Electrical Lines I have put this down to PEA dammaging the linse on the poles.
There has also been a large increase in Sun Spot activity lately.
So all and all. Acceptable.

Take a look at the 2007 Constitution (google it) it was voted on and passed by the Thai People.
Take time to read it, what was wrong with that document I wonder.
It made 'people All people" responsible for thier actions no matter what possition they were in.

Is it not a requirement of ones Embassy to be notified of one of it's nationals deaths.
Is it not also required that they verify the idenity of the decesed and how the death occures.
All of the details should be known by the deceased's Embassy?
What does the Embassy have to say? Are not death's required to be "in the public record"?

If you qualify for a Ibanking account, it can be done easly.
If you talk to branch banks they say NO! Never talk to them as they always say NO, to everything.
i use both Bangkok Bank and K-bank, both work well with no additional paper work or questions.
There are limits as to the transfer amount.
You need a proper Visa and easiest if you have a Work permit.
There are requirements to open a I-Banking account.
The instructions are on most banks main web site, as are the requirements.
In some case you would need to have a contact at the Mian Bank, to walk the Branch people through the process.
Once you have I-Banking you can transfer funds overseas on line.
As I understand I-Banking is not now allowed unless you are a resident in Thailand, not sure why,, call the MAIN Bank and ASK.
Easiest to Add I-Banking to an Existing Account I have found.

There would be no need to use the Thai Stock Exchange, it is a joke. No Checks and Ballances.
Conventiently left out when it was formed.
I am not being Raciest, just practical. It will never happen in a Muslum or Communist dominated society or country for obvious reasons.
A Wall Street area in Bangkok would be ausome, it can work!

Take a look around, HK is a Chineese Comunnist Country.
Singapore is to expensive, has to many rigid rules and laws, nor a "blue collar" worker friendly area, especially with a family. And basicly i don't believe Singapore cares one way or the other.
Bangkok has developed in infrastructure to make it possible for large multinational companies to move to Bangkok.
We have the infrastructure , need a bit of work , but viable. We have the office space and residential space, we have the transportation system. Why Not, you don't have to be able to own land to have your world wide coporeate offices in Bangkok.
The move for most companies would be easy, not far and a SE Asian Hub, in transportation and communications.
Agian look around HK and Singapore are becoming a problem and many ways for multinational companies to do business.
Think Positive of the possibilities and advantages for Thailand. It can work, and it is looking closer to reality, agian just look around.
We have had inquiries already about office avalibility, schools, housing, from these areas.
And basicly they don't give a S&*t about the Coup. Many are making plans for a future move.
Bangkok has what they need, The infrastructure, thats what counts.
When you first came to Thailand - do you remember where you stayed?

1962 leave to Bangkok from Udorn base.
Stayed at the Nana Hotel. Up till about 15 years ago some of the original staff were still there, reminisced about the old days.
Surrounded by rice fields, bad roads and basically Sukhumvit ended/began there at the rail road tracks.
