Just reduce unemployment benefits. Hunger will be an excellent motivation for them to put down the pizza and go get a job. Once working, the weight will drop off them and also improve their mental health. Plus with all the extra people in the workforce that will remove the excuse for allowing thousands of immigrants to come into the country to fill vacancies. Use the money saved on unemployment benefits to restore the winter fuel allowance. Win win. It's got to be better than leaving them on the couch munching obesity pills while immigrants come in to do the jobs they are too lazy to do and pensioners freeze to death on 13,000 pounds a year.
