  1. Facts are facts. It was Labour's brainchild. The only mistake the Tories made was continuing with Labour's harebrained scheme. You act as though the result is a foregone conclusion. History tells us Labour will find a way to lose. God help the UK if they actually win one.
  2. https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2019/aug/21/hs2-how-far-has-work-got-and-why-might-it-be-scrapped#:~:text=When did the project start, with Birmingham%2C Manchester and Leeds. About as much chance of success as Labour's war in Iraq. I guess that was the Tories fault as well?
  3. It was Labour's brainchild. Doomed to failure. Failure. It was Labour's brainchild. And where, pray tell, did I say he had already cancelled it? Oh that's right, I didn't.
  4. Good move by Sunak. HS2 is a massive waste of money. I'd axe the whole thing.
  5. Not indicating when turning left is a bit different to intentionally ramming a police road block. I'm not sure why you brought race into it. Baiting much? ????
  6. I assumed the first paragraph of that post was sarcasm. Good to see you share my views on Floyd. Maybe read up on the criminal history of the guy shot by UK police. Similar characters...
  7. Guns are not the only dangerous weapons. You ban guns, people use cars and vans like London bridge in 2017. Just be glad you weren't walking your child down the road while he was ramming the police roadblock in his Audi Q8. You might have had less sympathy for him. Same as you might have had less sympathy for Floyd if you were one of his many victims of cowardly crimes.
  8. What would you recommend? Give him a warm glass of milk and a copy of one of Robin DiAngelo's novels? Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. He'd had already done 2 years for gun offenses. Now he is ramming a police roadblock in a car being stopped for gun crime the previous day. I would have preferred the shots were non fatal but when you take risks like that you take tour chances. He lost this time. Unfortunate. Next...
  9. The police were not aware of that at the time. They had a driver who had previously been convicted of gun crimes, ramming them in a car that was linked to a gun incident the previous day. Why are you siding with the criminal ramming the police? Are you one of those Antifa defund the police types? (serious question not trolling).
  10. Deliberately misspelling my name again? Pot. Kettle. Yes the defending of the convicted criminal Floyd and the defending of the convicted criminal in this case is a similarity I cannot ignore. Both suit your race baiting anti police far left agenda.
  11. He was innocent until proven guilty on gun possession charges. You liberals pick some strange martyrs. Floyd is another criminal held up as some kind of hero. Leave your divisive race baiting in the US.
  12. Just trying to import American racial issues to the UK. Popular amongst ultra priviliged American liberals like Markle and Winfrey.
  13. He already did 2 years for a previous crime on gun charges. He is a criminal. And you are siding with him. Again.
  14. I'm sure Chomhpherh would consider the criminal with convictions for weapon possession unarmed if he simply ran her over in his Audi Q8. Weapon? What weapon? He used his car...
  15. So why are you suggesting that the home secretary's comments would affect the trial? Maybe better to retract that comment if you don't have links to back it up.
  16. Are you suggesting corruption? If so, links please.
  17. Always siding with the criminals.
  18. The CPS often bring cases where the result is not guilty. I suspect the same will happen here. Meanwhile, the Army are required to police London. Marvellous. I bet those squaddies will be thrilled to be charged with murder when stopping someone trying to smash through their roadblock in an Audi Q8.
  19. I see your bigotry is not limited to Christians. Bravo. You must be proud of yourself.
  20. Lazy. You know what he did. It's a very irritating tactic. I'd go as far as to call it trolling.
  21. He rammed a police road block with his car. He was using a car as a weapon. Had previous convictions for gun crime. The car he was driving was being investigated for gun crime the previous day. Not quite George Floyd levels of scumbaggery but on the correct path. Stop painting this as a man being assassinated on the way to buy a pint of milk. We don't need your baiting in the UK.
  22. Yes he is a tool. I can't stand him. That doesn't mean we can vilify him and take away his right to earn a living on the basis of an unproven accusation. Innocent until proven guilty. Due process. Kind of important concepts, even for people we don't like or have opposing political views.
  23. Lazy https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2022/09/06/police-shoot-dead-man-lambeth/ Ramming a police road block set up to apprehend him on gun charges.
  24. He was using his vehicle as a weapon.
