  1. More gaslighting to deny what's clear for all to see.
  2. Just watched the video. It really should have been called "What happens when you lose your job in Thailand". Which is only really an issue if you live hand to mouth and haven't saved enough to make it through a few years without working.
  3. Nong, Nong, there's a fly in my soup. No pompen Sir, JingJok will catch naaaa. Seriously though, looks fake. No way the person serving that wouldn't notice it.
  4. The EU corruption scandal continues to widen. https://www.politico.eu/article/arrest-warrant-two-meps-connected-qatargate-parliament-corruption-probe-maria-arena-alessandra-moretti/ They are all rushing to declare their 'gifts' now. https://www.politico.eu/article/meps-rush-declare-junkets-qatargate-analysis-transparency-international-corruption/
  5. It's good that he's owned up to his mistakes. Very rare for politicians to do that. It would be good if Biden would do the same now and admit all of his embellished stories over the years. I doubt he will though.
  6. Well, if we knew what they were, they wouldn't be UFO's.
  7. Inevitable. There is no way the teasing of Manuel or the jokes about the war would be tolerated by the Wokies. Imagine if he did the Hitler walk!! There would be millenials all over Twitter crying into their iPhone cameras about how they are "literally in tears, just SO offended". ???? He'll probably be arrested for thought crimes for even considering the idea. What do they call it now? A non crime hate incident? Unless of course he's joking. Doublespeak, if you like... That WOULD be funny.
  8. Just jumping on the bandwagon again. Typical of Harris. I'd love to know how she plans to hold them to account. Force them to listen to her word salad on repeat? Come to think of it, most of her speeches could be classified as crimes against humanity.
  9. The problem here (if the story is true) is the store selling Cannabis to minors. Same as if the minor bought an Alcopop thinking it was Cola. It seems the doctor has an issue with Marijuana and is using the "think of the children" mantra to further his cause.
  10. Exactly. It's just a way of insulting the opposition fans. Same as the "Does your boyfriend know you're here" chant to the Brighton fans (Brighton having a large gay community). Are the fans singing that really homophobic? Or are they just taking the mickey out of the opposition fans (most of whom they are well aware are not homosexual). Or people calling Spurs fans Yids. Are they really anti-semitic? Or just finding a way to insult the opposition? They are well aware that most of the Spurs fans are not even Jewish. I remember Man Utd had a chant about their own Korean player (that they worshipped) Park Ji-Sung and his predilection for consuming canines. It was a joke (which set up the next line about it being better than the scousers who eat rats). Liverpool had one involving a cliche about one of their black players having a large appendage. Did they hate that player because he was black? No, he was a cult hero at the club. Too many #bekind virtue signallers who know nothing about football culture trying to install their value system onto others. If you want polite society and golf claps, go to the opera. Leave football for football fans. Genuine racism must be kicked out, of course. But this a very, very small minority of fans. Probably the same proportion of racists that exist in wider society as a whole. There are way too many Guardian reading hand wringers trying to demonize a game that they have no business being anywhere near.
  11. Work out how many fans attend matches up and down the country. Then work out how many acts of racism there are. Of course there should be a zero tolerance policy. But it's a very, very small minority and describing it as a huge problem is just following the "working class Brits are racist, football fans are racist" trope that the Brit haters (including The Guardian) love to trot out.
  12. Like many organizations with a toxic culture. The good leave, the bad stay.
  13. It's not a huge problem at all. It's a very small minority of idiots. Of course The Guardian will massively exaggerate the problem, because it suits their agenda and their hatred/contempt for the working classes.
  14. I'd have thought Joe had more pressing issues than pearl clutching/hand wringing about something that happened 80 years ago?
  15. Objecting to taking the knee was nothing to do with racists and bigots. Nobody ever objected to the "kick it out" campaign. That was never booed. People objected to the corrupt, racist, marxist BLM movement being openly supported. People objected to the hypocrisy of political statements being allowed as long as they were deemed to be 'correct' i.e. on the extreme left. People objected to mostly uneducated footballers like the plank Gareth Southgate demonstrating their lack of education by claming to 'educate' others on such a mucky organization. People objected being preached to when they just came to watch a game of football. Unfortunately there are still a very tiny minority of football fans that are racist. Taking the knee to BLM does nothing to address this issue. It's virtue signalling by overpaid young athletes, most of which have very limited education on the issues about which they claim to support.
  16. Why do actors, musicians etc. always seem to think they have some special insight on political issues that they need to share with the masses? Be quiet Sean, and lay off the roids.
  17. More book burning by the Wokies?
  18. Trump is in the thread title. The thread is literally about Trump. So you are accusing me of introducing Trump into a thread about Trump? ???? As for Brexit, I mentioned Trump (the topic of the thread) being open to a trade deal with Britain. Never mentioned Brexit.????
  19. Any supporter of Sturgeon labeling others as "nasty" is more than a little ironic. Scottish Independence was highly unlikely already. Safe to say it's dead now. A fun fantasy for the bravehearts while it lasted, but well and truly off the cards now. Long live the UK.
  20. Nice attempt at deflection. Not a bad effort at all. As for having her head held high, hardly. She's scurrying away before the excrement hits the fan over the missing 600k. Drug use in Scotland at sky high levels, support for Independence falling. She's a political failure. Funny how her memory always fails her when asked tough questions. https://www.heraldscotland.com/politics/23302114.sturgeon-cant-recall-knew-husband-loaned-snp-107-000/ The UK will be a much better place without her in a position of power. Women in Scotland will be much safer without her advocating for biologically male rapists in their prisons. I may just have a wee dram to celebrate
  21. Not sure I'd agree. He certainly got this one right though.
  22. Funny you should mention women on this thread. Today is a great day for Women's rights in Scotland. Sturgeon's support of the trans lobby was constantly eroding their rights in Scotland. Hopefully her Gender recognition bill will be thoroughly reviewed and the many extremist elements removed to protect the rights of women north of the border.
  23. Arch Remainer Mel Stride claims Brexit was a bad idea? Well, colour me shocked ????. Another bitter Remainer who won't stop moaning
  24. Indeed. Making it all the more shameful when politicians like Sturgeon and Ardern used it to score political points and endulge their own authoritarian fantasies. Good riddance to the pair of them.
  25. I can think of another, more recent US president who would do well to follow this advice.???? Trump was actually doing very well with the UK. Open to a trade deal, a great relationship with the PM. It was all looking quite promising until his successor came in and started pretending to be Irish and understand British politics.
