  1. Didn't Brexit prevent this? I thought we were barred from EU countries. Oh that's right. Project Fear...
  2. Yeah. Who wants millionaires pumping money into the economy when you can replace them with cultural enrichers? I guess Labour do. Selling the country down the river for votes.
  3. The first 3 words of the heading would suffice. They have failed on every level. Recession is coming. Council tax rises. Pensioners freezing. Kids taxed out of private schools. Land grabs from farmers. I think they're cancelling local elections as well. At least we've got Sadiq Khan and Lammy.
  4. Unexpectedly? 😀 This was inevitable given Rachel from accounts budget for recession. Labour ruin economies and get into unnecessary often illegal wars. This was always going to happen. Next step will be protecting Ukraines borders while are own are about as solid as Lammy's waistline. The British people have made a terrible mistake. Thank goodness it will only be one term.
  5. We were in a ptime position to get a good deal with America having left the protectionist racket the EU. Unfortunately Lammy and Starmer started calling Trump a fascist KKK Nazi. Rodney you pla-onker.
  6. I thought he was a pretty good performer and quite charismatic. But then, so are some of the Philipino bands on Sukhumvit. His music was bang average IMO. Never understood all the fuss. Sounds like he was a real prima donna.
  7. The Dems/Libs did so much damage that it was always going to be disruptive to untangle their mess but it had to be done. Trump is doing a great job. Of course nobody gets everything right but he's getting 9/10 right. I only wish Britain had someone like him to sort out our mess.
  8. The place is full of idiots. Last time I went to Pattaya I went into a bar and one extremely drunk customer (Dutch I think) told me I had to take my shoes/socks off before I came in. I laughed it off initially, ordered a beer and sat down but he approached me 2-3 more times demanding I remove my shoes. Given my extremely impolite final response, that could easily have turned into an "unfortunate incident" had one of the staff not intervened and told him to sit down and stop being such a tool. I actually find 95% of the Thais there to be OK and about 70% of the foreigners to be weirdos. No wonder they look down on us.
  9. Wow - a bad joke from over 3 decades ago. Different times completely. Desperate stuff. 😄
  10. An interesting excuse to justify being an old slapper.
  11. A Democrat lecturing about freedom of speech? 😄 I've heard it all now... 😄 I thought you didn't like "foreigners" getting involved in US politics? Or does that only apply to Musk?
  12. It's amazing how consistently the Dems get it wrong. It's pretty much on every issue. 😄 On the plus side, it's exactly this type of stance that ensures the GOP will get the many terms they need to Make America Great Again.
  13. Sounds like it was too factually accurate for Netflix. They prefer their documentaries to be works of fiction, like the one starring Harry and Meghan.
  14. The front line of the Russia/Ukraine border no doubt. Good to see him following Musk's lead of tackling bureaucratic waste though.
  15. Good luck Mr Clarke. But you are up against it. 1. British courts are full of notoriously left wing Guardian supporting types. 2. Even if you won, The Guardian hasn't got a pot to "wee" in (or a window to throw it out) so you won't get a penny. The only thing going for you is that you are not a white man, which gives you a fighting chance under Britain's 2 tier justice system. When was getting a "Casey" illegal anyway? It's not like you can stop it when faced with a cute naked actress. I'd be more concerned if I didn't get one.
  16. Your understanding seems to be at level zero on all the issues you mentioned. Not surprising for a proud CNN watcher.
  17. The BBC are probably headhunting him as we speak. A lefty pervert is right up their street.
  18. No surprise. Reflects the anti white racism so prevalent in modern Britain.
  19. Socialists love the civil service. Just as they love benefits. They want a huge state where everyone works for them or relies on them. Gives them power and helps them retain it...
  20. Which proves my point. That pretty much sums up these new guidelines 😄. Just as I said. Racist (not to mention sexist and Christianophobic). You really seem to have some cognitive dissonance on the issue. On the one hand you defend DEI and what you claim is "positive" discrimination (an oxymoron if ever there was one) but on the other hand you claim to be against racism and claim to oppose these racist sentencing guidelines which are clearly discriminatory to anyone who does not fall into these groups (which is basically white Christian males since everyone else is covered by them). Anyway, good luck squaring that circle. I've led you to water but I can't make you drink.
  21. Indeed. Not only insightful, but also accurate.
