Something to do with buying on one year contract vs outright purchase. Outright purchase should be no problem or cost using old number. Purchase contract may have many unusual conditions, unknown to most.
Need to know contract details or suggest not buying on contract.
Yes you did fine, very clear, and even came up with an uncommon word, gurudwara.
Thank you. No offense. I was just offering some clarification because I like Sikhs and their temples.
????
All Sikh temples are called gurudwara. It is the name of a Sikh place of worship. There are at least three gurudwara in ChiangMai with different names. All good for a quiet meditation, some have free food.
Yes I have observed the process several times.
Possible. Mine had no coating and no chipping or other issues. Putting the cement on and smoothing it should be done when the underlying concrete is still damp to insure good bonding.
Doesn’t look polished. I think the concrete is poured and smoothed then before dry cement from the bag is spread and rubbed in until the surface is very smooth, sometimes several applications of cement and a lot of rubbing. I have several floors done that way and no chips or cracks after 20 years. It is a finish option not uncommon here.
Cheeit suppose they put a new wall in, that could not be called refurbish it would be called build. Check it out, the op is tearing out everything except external walls.
You forget that the shop’s cost is not necessarily equal to the spot price. They might have bought it in the past at a lower price or bought options or futures at lower costs.
