Well I give him 5 stars for trying but as we all know the kids copy their parents, and most of them do not wear helmets. Buddha will protect them anyway. What people seem to forget is protein, I struggled with a back pain and my bones for years , as you get older you need more than 100-150 grams of protein instead of the recommended daily intake of 80-100 grams. Depends on your body weight. Started taking protein powder and never regretted it. My diet does not contain a lot of meat, so I really needed that extra protein boost. No pain and can train and do exercises as normal. As older you get the more protein you need to maintain the muscles and bones.

Until Thailand change their gambling laws , Cambodia is just an hour away or an even better location is Macau. But online poker is huge in Thailand, a lot of Thai players enjoy poker, so this raid is just stupid.
