  1. The North American residential standard is for two phases which each provide 110vac to neutral. OR, for dryers, water heaters, and electric stoves you can connect to Line 1 and Line 2 and get 220vac.
  2. Darn. I meant to say "walk all the way over to the right side of the (quite large) property".
  3. Yup, that's the monk's college. Drive in, go to the left and you should find a place to park. Then walk all the way over to the left side of the (quite large) property and you will see holding areas with chairs, tables for the data entry folks, tables indoors where the shots are administered.
  4. You should check your reservation: the hospital has been running its vaccination program off-site at the nearby Chittabhawan Temple. Perhaps you could call the hospital and verify. You will need your passport plus a copy of the photo page, and a pen for the questionnaire. You already provided your 6000... ID number but it would be good to take a copy of the receipt from your 2nd jab. I took a proof of address. They didn't ask for it but when I offered, they seem happy to enter that info into their system. Be ready to show your Queq reservation on your phone and you will get steered in the right direction. There are plenty of staff and they are glad to help.
  5. If you happen to be 70yo or older, proceed to the head of the line and let them know.
  6. The latest info is posted every weekend on the Facebook page for Banglamung Hospital. The chart is attached below. Bottom line, go to the PlayStore, find and install the app called QueQ. Instead of choosing Vaccination Center, choose Public Service. Scroll down to the 17th listing, which is an attractive icon; stare at it and you will see the B for Banglamung and a blue dolphin. It asks for your ID number; they want your 6000+ vax ID. Keep going, find a day when the 10am or 11am reservation window is available. Take your time and choose carefully because you will not be able to edit or delete your choice, nor add another.
  7. "lazada wallet....but falang can't have a wallet..." That is no longer true. I have one and use it often. That said, some of the various Top Up methods seem to require Thai ID. I refill mine through BKK Bank Top Up and Kbank Top Up and no problems once I understood how to obtain Ref 1.
  8. I installed the app, got an OTP in email, scanned the QR code. It works fine, but I have to enter that same "OTP" every time. I did not get to choose that 6-digit number so how will I remember it? Oh, I know, I'll write it on the back of my driver's license. ????
  9. I use a saline nasal spray. Helps to rinse away the dust, pollen, cat hair, whatever is causing the trouble.
  10. The best advice is that given just above. I got my Pfizer booster at the monks' college this past Saturday. It was the three month anniversary of my A-Z + A-Z. Sooo much better than RG. Still, Pfizer + Pfizer is a special case; the delay is still 6 months, not 3. Nationwide.
  11. How long has it been since your 2nd Pfizer jab? The delay after Pfizer + Pfizer is still 6 months, not 3.
  12. Went back at 8am sharp, got moved to the 70yo+ group, got my Pfizer and out the door within 30 minutes. Total farang spotted: two. They seemed very much at ease so maybe one or both speak Thai. The temple is such a big place that without my Thai partner I would never have even found the right building. My advice: forget about tomorrow and Monday's walk-in events. The next day begins the scheduled-only program, so get the QueQ app for your phone. Next to the restaurant reservations there is a section for selecting one hour vaccination windows. You will need a Thai to select the monk's college temple. NB: Think before acting. Once you have made a reservation you cannot change nor delete it, nor can you create another. You're just out of luck.
  13. I've left to go have breakfast but so far I've seen very few.
  14. I am farang, showed up before 4am and I now have a queue number in hand. No proof of address was requested. It seems that I should be well within today's Pfizer quota. Let's hope. If offered a 3rd A-Z then I'm gonna walk. By the way, I've been told by staff that since I am over 70yo I will be jumping the queue. They don't want to deal with me toppling over.
  15. The program will not be moving back just yet. Monday is the last day of this walk-in but an appointment-only program begins immediately after.
  16. The Ministry of Public Health has a special COVID management group that allocates vaccines and other resources to the provinces. They have access to all the government's population numbers. How those demographics are gathered and refined (and how accurate they may be), I cannot say. Nor do I have any reason to care. I'm not Thai. My name does not appear in any housebook as an occupant but my address in Banglamung is well documented in other ways. According to reports last night, yesterday those who succeeded in getting a queue number for Pfizer had arrived in the dark, before 6am. Today's supply of Pfizer is limited to 1,000 doses so I'm on the way out the door right now to try my luck. Chok dee to me.
  17. Sorry, I've lost track of where you're taking this. There was concern expressed about farang needing official proof of residence in Chonburi. I said don't sweat it. Bring what you've got regarding address. Plus, of course, your passport, a copy of your passport data page, and a printout (or at least Moh Promt on your phone) that has your 6000 series vaxx ID number.
  18. All Thai citizens are registered in the blue book of a particular address, regardless of where they actually live. It is especially common to still be registered at the parents' home upcountry while living and working in Bangkok. Doesn't matter. Banglamung hospital wants to vaccinate everyone they can. They only mention the geography because they have been allocated the doses and other resources that they calculated for Chonburi and cannot have people flooding in from Rayong, Chachoengsao, etc.
  19. Rental agreement, Internet bill, etc.
  20. Yes it is, and it's somewhat ambiguous even in Thai but I was assured that the intent in this case was "people living in Chonburi province". If that was what they meant then a driver's license should suffice.
  21. With respect to Barry, his article published yesterday the 13th does not seem to be correct. The Banglamung program, temporarily moved to the monk's college temple, says in Thai on the hospital's Facebook page that walk-in is available to all residents of Chonburi province.
  22. If your first two vaccinations were Pfizer then the waiting period for a Pfizer booster is still six months. Most others are three months. Sinopharm + Sinopharm delay is one month.
  23. Did you meet the delay requirement based on your first two jabs? I will be eligible on the 17th (A-Z + A-Z) but believed last week if I stood in line I'd get an appointment for later this month. 'Cause City Hall said so. And I got nothing.
  24. Why not? I set one up last month. It's a joy to use AFTER you've figured out how to top it up.
  25. I asked, he said Pfizer. I'd like to believe him but I left without any proof that I'd even made an appearance. I'll go back in two weeks when I'm qualified, see what they offer. If it's a third A-Z I may decline. Two other possibilities: there may be another walk-in at the Sports Center in mid-January, or Bangkok Pattaya Hospital might have an event at Central Festival that includes boosters.
