    I think this is common with newbies that come here ... they are green ..... It's peanuts for most farangs who got married then taken for a ride by some unfaithful dishonest Thai person, now that scenario is very common ... i'd say thousands.

    I do good things, have a close thai friend and 3-4 others, took them to Vietnam, we went to Malaysia, bought a shop, we go away on long weekends alot, sometimes 10 of us... I pay alot for them over the years. so thats fine. I go and stay at their house sometimes.

    Well it's good you got your parcel eventually, so you don't have to swear about the postman anymore. May I suggest a more secure delivery process? DHL? registered EMS? If your package was worth $hundreds of dollars, surely a few extra $'s for EMS or similar would be piece of mind. What if you have the same happen with your next package? It's not worth the stress ...

    you would have to talk to the transport department to find out where you are permitted to work from and what area you can cover .... I don't know if tuk tuks are mafia controlled but it's likely possible, if that's the case you would be playing with fire to go out on your own to operate. wait ...... i have to get another drink ... !
