Still busy on Suk at the underpass - it would not be if people observed the 'get into two lanes sign'. But Thais and some resident Farangs just cannot resist some empty tarmac. That is what causes the hold up. It will never change.

The Kanair website is really the pits - if they have been going for 4 years there really is no excuse. No start dates for new routes, or routes that no longer exist - it is a complete shambles.

Ok, the congestion on the highway was mostly caused by the idiots on Sukhumvit going South who block the crossing for those who want to turn right, North.

The back roads inside Pattaya are almost empty.

They should place policemen with a shotgun at those intersection, who shoot anyone who goes through a red traffic light or enters an intersection that is blocked already. Red light jumper problem would be solved forever in a few hours time.

Good idea - sadly we would then wait 3 days for the Police to move the cars.

Thanks for that - looked at UTP -HH from 29th May up to mid July - says all sold out - all classes. I find that hard to believe. They will have to sort out there web site if they really want to sell tickets.

Yes many of the 990 promo prices are gone.

A few can still be found for May.

3980 is not a bargain. Sure cheaper via Don Mueang but with the usual troubles.

Reading your post again am I right in assuming you get the pension paid in UK and you then transfer it to Thailand? If yes I suggest you get them to send it direct to Thailand - no delay and a good exchange rate.

City Bank make the payments in Thailand. I get mine every 4th Friday ( the day it is due.) I get what the Bangkok Bank TT rate (very nearly) is for that day/time so am happy with that. If there are any charges they must be minimal as far as I can see.

The more I look into this the more interesting it gets. If work 16 hours, pay £200 a week childcare and have £250 rent to pay I would be entitled to £740 a week. Unreal.
