From the beginning in 2002 there has been information and knowledge that was useful to me. That has remained the same over the years. There is not a better source of that information and knowledge relating to Thailand anywhere. As the forum has grown of course it will get it's fair share of the morons and idiots but in general a good all round bunch of people. Still, preferred the old name ThaiVisa.com, and probably a very large percentage of the info and knowledge is still Thailand related.

"Bought" a house here 19 years ago using 30 year lease, sold it last year to a Chinese who used a company to "buy" .Both of those systems work until they don't TIT. Lived in the house for 12 years so no rent to pay. Rented it out for about 6 years getting a total rental that was more than the house cost. Sold the house for twice what was paid for it. I was lucky !

You have a landlord so I guess a rental contract? If so it is your landlords responsibility to file a TM30 and give you a copy.

Putting up a sign on the house is a good start particularly if on an estate or have passing traffic. Facebook will probably have a few links for your area.
