  1. President Zelensky is NOT as you imply, 'playing' at war, but leading his country in an unprovoked war, which was brought about by the homicidal president Putin of Russia. Russia, under Putin believed that they could invade a sovereign country unopposed, take it over very quickly and enslave the Ukraine and ALL its people, without NATO or the West raising a finger to stop him. It might even have worked but for the Ukrainian military who are willing to keep their homeland free of Russian dictatorship, by giving everything, including their lives to stop him. With the assistance of the West in providing military hardware, not only has the Ukraine stopped the invasion, but shown how 'invincible' the once might Russian military is. Instead of whining about one missile having gone astray, why are you not complaining about Russia destroying the infrastructure of the Ukraine, a war crime on its own, let alone the indiscriminate bombing, shelling and missile attacks on the civilian population, men, women and children of the Ukraine, which, BTW is also yet another war crime? Why are you not condemning the illegal invasion of a peaceful sovereign country?
  2. You have no idea how well off or not I am, and having had my state pension frozen since 2009, I am equally sure that there are millions of UK citizens far better off than I am. Why would the government ask people about every thing that they do? It matters not which party is in power, they ARE in power until the next election, which they will either win or be booted out. THAT is the time the people get asked. If the party in power does well, they get re-elected, and if not they lose power and control. Your vote may count. My vote won't count until it is supposedly restored next year. If you have a problem you can always start a referendum. This link may give you an idea. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Referendums_in_the_United_Kingdom I wish you good luck
  3. I do and am quite happy that my taxes go towards helping the people of the Ukraine against the maniac personified, by Putin.
  4. Me as well. I first met my Thai wife in 1993 and we didn't get married until 2000, and I asked her to marry me, but not until I had divorced my first wife.
  5. But I was quoting YOUR post and not any link, so please answer the question I asked. A simple easy yes or no question for you then. Do you actually KNOW millions of people world wide?
  6. quote 'Trump has millions of fans worldwide. As a non american I can confirm its true.' A simple easy yes or no question for you then. Do you actually KNOW millions of people world wide? It is the same as saying that you have thousands of friends on Facebook. In my 50 year career, living and working in 38 countries I probably don't know more than a couple of thousand people personally, and I have no idea of the politics of less than 50 of them.
  7. quote 'I can only hope future Presidents take note and don't choose a VP candidate to run on the ticket if they truly aren't qualified to lead the country'. Would that also apply to men like Trump who were also not qualified to run anything, least of all the USA? How many of Trump's staff quit, were fired or given a presidential pardon? This is my personal opinion. Yours obviously differs.
  8. So you have nothing that can be regarded as a verifiable source? It will be published soon enough. Really?? How soon. This month, next month, next year, the 31st February 2050? You have nothing verifiable, yet you still expect people to believe you. IMHO you are nothing but a sad lonely troll, and certainly not worth me wasting my time on.
  9. Wise has a better Forex rate than Bangkok Bank.
  10. Yes I did back in 2009 before I received it, and now I am a frozen pensioner.
  11. Don't you even read your own post?
  12. I have my State, Military and Company pensions paid directly into my Wise borderless account and then transfer the funds to Thailand. All my pension providers were quite happy to pay into my Wise account for over 3 years now and they, plus Wise know that I live in Thailand. Wise notify me by my email, also registered with them, every time a provider makes a payment, and I simply make the transfer using internet banking on my desktop pc.
  13. Perhaps you may find what you are looking for here. https://www.advice.co.th/product/apple-product
  14. https://www.bbc.com/news/av/world-asia-63684836 Police in Thailand fired rubber bullets at crowds protesting against the Apec economic summit in Bangkok, a police official in charge of the event's security task force said. Violence erupted between police and hundreds of protesters near the summit's venue - attended by leaders from around the world. Videos shared on social media showed demonstrators throwing projectiles, charging at police and trying to overturn a police car; while police advanced on them with shields and beat them back with batons. A youth activist who was at the demonstration told Reuters news agency that people were also protesting against Thailand's Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha. Mr Prayuth first seized power in the 2014 military coup and then retained office in 2019 under a heavily restricted election. He has survived multiple no-confidence votes against him this year.
  15. But it disagrees with 'HIS' version of the truth, therefore you and everybody who agrees with you is wrong, and you are pedaling false information.
  16. Well you posted this garbage, surely you can back it up? Or is it simply YOUR opinion?
  17. Yet all the way through the report it seems that he was never arrested, taken to court, charged, been found guilty or jailed.
  18. Tony Bobulinski may have a lot to say, but saying and claiming, is not proving. If he has the solid evidence and proof, why didn't he use it however many years ago? The same could be said about Trump. However, whatever the 'truth' is, one side will not believe it.
  19. quote The congressional oversight committee claim there are no less than 14 whistleblowers who have come forwarded and they may have evidence including conspiracy to defraud the United States, tax evasion and money laundering by members of Biden's family. It is that word again. may Not they have or they don't have, just that they may have. All the congressional oversight committee have to do is produce these 14 people and get them to swear under oath, in court, that what they allege is true and correct. They must be warned before they speak, of the penalties for lying under oath. If it is true and verifiable, all well and good, if not................
  20. I have left without paying my bill several times in Thailand but it wasn't a problem as I lived over the bar and they reminded me when I came back. If I was out somewhere else and ran out of cash I could always ring the bar and they would send a girl along with the money. I trusted them and they trusted me. Would they do it for a stranger? No way.
  21. But you are not in your country but in Thailand, and the bike is security that you will return and pay the bill. Please explain what would happen in 'your' country if you could not pay your bar bill? The police certainly wouldn't get your motorbike back, because you could well be charged with being drunk in charge of a motor vehicle. The bar would be in its rights to have you charged with theft or fraud as you drank knowing that you could not pay the bill.
  22. Thank you for the link, but I must have missed the part where Paul Pelosi was investigated by law officials, found guilty as charged and was jailed.
  23. Once upon a time...... Another fairy story for you to read. It seems to me that if anything were provable it would have been dealt with years ago. Just in case you think I am biased, I will give you a quote from a senior Republican, now no longer in any political office. It is nothing but a political witch hunt.
