Hot-Tempered Neighbour Slaps Teenager For Unfriending Him On Facebook
billd766 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
IMHO Facebook is a big part of the problem. I have only 21 friends on Facebook and I know them. OTOH Facebook does not appear to think that is enough and is telling me that another 200 or 300 people want to be my friend. I used to delete them from wanting to ne my friend, but Facebook filled the space for those who want to be my friend quicker than I could delete them. I have no idea who they are or why they want to be my friend. Nowadays I simply ignore the requests, but Facebook keeps filling the slots up again. -

Wrong again. Perhaps most of the people you know scan to pay on their mobile some of the time, but not everybody does. Older people are not resistant to change, but we generally change when it is necessary, not when it is fashionable or when some fashionista thinks it is a good idea. One of the things I was taught as a young engineer was a simple rule which holds true today. If it works, then don't screw about with it. -

Nice try but no cigar. Firstly i don't go that far from home. Secondly the last 2 times I went to the hospital after I blacked out, I was in the hospital for 2 to 3 days and my wife came every day. She brought me food and she also paid the bill, so there is and never has been an urgent transfer of money. Instead of wasting your time and mine with hypothetical questions, why don't answer the questions that I put to you? If you would like another question, try this one. How many very urgent money transfers, maybe a medical emergency, have you made in the last 12 months? -
Trump IS a convicted felon, a convicted sex offender and a serial liar. You seem to believe him? What "crime" has Hilary Clinton actually been convicted of?
-
What is your problem in facing the truth? Trump IS a convicted felon and a convicted sex offender as well as a serial liar. Perhaps in YOUR world he is not, but in the real world he IS. And this is the person that you want as the next president? (smh) In the whole of the gop, and the registered republicans, Trump is the best candidate that they can come up with? How sad.

Thank you for insulting me and millions of other people just because we don't share your opinion of EX president Trump. Adding to the insult you also assume that we are unhinged and incapable of rational thought (and I can only speak for myself though other people may agree with me or not). Naturally you must have spoken to every person who dislikes Trump (but not to me) to form this opinion. if You did not I can only believe that it is your opinion, which holds the same value as every other persons opinion. Basically that is nothing. If you read my response carefully you may notice that I did not insult you or ant of Trump's supporters. I merely treat your post with the contempt that it deserves.

Kasikorn Banking Problem.
billd766 replied to Mason45's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
Yes I have a smart phone? Guess what I use it for? I use it for its main purpose, which is making phone calls, I use my pc for most other things such as a calculator, storing information, logging forex rates, transferring banking funds, reading books, saving files, logging photos, printing documents, downloading and printing all my visa stuff including photos, reading Google Earth, playing games, editing thousands of Ebooks, writing my life story, stuff like that. So why would I even bother to use a mobile phone with a small 6 inch screen to do stuff like that when I can use a pc with 1 tB internal storage and 2 external hard drives of with 1 tB and 4 tB of extra storage space, plus a 23 inch screen to view it on? The best thing about my smart phone is the camera, and I dump all the photos onto my pc at the end of the day anyway. Can you do all that on your smartphone? -

Left behind what? I use KBiz on my pc for internet banking and it works very well. Why should I change? Crowdstrike is new technology. How is that working out for the world? -

Better still, why not use what works best for you, no matter if it is old or new technology. -
The problem with Hilary Clinton is that she will be 77 in October. If she were to win against Trump, in reality she would likely be a one term President, as President Biden and ex president Trump are now, They are all too old. IMHO, ideally the incoming president should be no older than 62, to become a 2 term president.

Gambian Man Arrested After Seven Years Overstay in Thailand

Many years ago when I worked with Motorola, EVERY software update was tested to death on the software test bed, and all the bugs sorted out before it was allowed out for general release. Minor bugs were fixed quickly, but if it was a major bug the whole thing was torn apart and re-written and retested.
