I don't live in Thailand, so not there. It should be possible to find a decent one even there though. The suggestion that you check with local temples is a good one. My suggestion to use ropes over the canopy for when it's windy is good. Without them mine would have been shredded long ago. DON'T use a hard rope though as it will make holes that will start a tear. I use very soft synthetic rope. Where I live is very windy, but a canopy lasts a year with the ropes over. Have to be tied really tightly. A picture is worth a thousand words. 4 ropes. 1 across each side

When did Trump ever say he would "help" low income earners? I must have missed that speech. The US is not a nanny socialist country. It's up to people to work hard and get educated if they want to get rich, not expect other people to give them money, like they do, unfortunately, in most western countries. The stuff Trump spouts is one of the reasons we support him. We have had enough of slimy politicians reading speeches written for them that promise things they have no intention of doing. Trump says things that he makes up as he goes along, like a real human being does. Did anyone actually believe anything Harris said, not that she actually said much other than word salad? On important things like Palestine, she never said anything definite and just dodged the question.

Time to wake up, smell the coffee and say "enough already, there is a new sheriff in town". Up to me, the change would start by refusing to get married without a cast iron pre nup. We also need a ministry for men in government to help men navigate the laws which favour women.

You are not even trying to think about what you are saying. Do you think that hundreds of rentals will be close to the base for military families to live in? They have to be close in case needed in a hurry. They have to be rentals as no military family is going to buy when they are required to move frequently. In a related subject, I was recently listening to and half watching a program on Al Jazeera about the rise of an anti progressive woman movement in ( I think ) Nigeria or maybe Kenya where popular talk show and podcast hosts ( male of course ) encouraged men to reject women that think they are special. The program featured women moaning about it ( Al Jazeera is actually quite woke and has loads of programs about how great women are ). Not being eager to listen to women complaining about men, I didn't pay much attention, but seems the fight back has begun. From acorns great trees grow.
