It's actually quite simple. Enough millions in the US hate Washington enough to elect Trump because they think he wants to destroy Washington. IMO.

They hate him enough to do it anyway, when he thinks he's safe, IMO. Also, he's a figure the opposition can unite around. I think there will be civil unrest whoever wins. The country is split, and there are plenty of angry people on both sides. It may not be open warfare, but lots of disruptions of the opposition. If Harris wins and sends the Feds out to get the opposition, there is no way of knowing what will happen in a country awash with weapons.

I will agree with you that Harris will unite the country as much as Biden did.

Sometimes it gives people more fingers than normal, or bigger heads. Also sometimes gets perspective wrong. However really good AI can make pictures almost as good as a photo. The easiest way to know, is if the picture is too perfect.

Well as it will eventually replace teachers anyway, that's irrelevant, IMO. AI as it is now is not autonomous at all- it's just a faster computer. It can only regurgitate stuff, just as a computer does now, but faster. Once real AI comes in big business will lay waste to the work force to make more profit, as will private schools. Governments will see savings from not paying teachers. Won't even need schools, just learn at home. A computer can't do a worse job of teaching than the teachers I had.

Trump would be mad to do a second debate on an enemy channel. The 3 on 1 the last time is a good enough reason. In any event, Trump is doing OK without a debate, and he has nothing to say we don't already know. Seems Harris is desperate for a debate, having been fooled that she won the first one. Trump wins this one by not going on it and letting her fans moan about it.

Given he didn't fail, but was prevented from achieving much by the Democrat rabble, that's garbage, IMO. Even if he had "failed", not starting a war is a huge success.

Perhaps that depends on which side one chooses to support. Meanwhile, the world isn't solving any of the many conflicts around the world and the UN has been exposed as an impotent talk shop, IMO.

IMO Americans have made many attrocities due to putting white people into Asian parts. Never forget how they stabbed Bruce Lee in the back by putting David Carradine into the series Kung Fu. I was always puzzled that David never looked in the least Asian to inspire the dislike.

On that basis: I wake up every morning to see the face of my favourite AV actress on the pillow next to me. Nothing hurts. I can eat as much sugar as I want without getting fat or diabetic. I have a 6 pack, can see my knees without bending over, and weigh the same as I did in 1997. I have a bank balance of 1 billion $. I can live on hot dogs and burgers without getting sick or fat. Heavy base noise pretending to be music has never been invented. The Beatles never went to India, never discovered illegal drugs and never made Sgt Pepper. Karen Carpenter didn't have anorexia and die too soon. Hendrix was never discovered. Rap and heavy metal never happened. The world population is less than 3 billion and war never happened. no one is able to have more than 1 child ie 2 for a couple. Everyone lives in peace and security. There is no poverty. The oceans are not completely polluted, and the fish are not over fished to extinction. The most dangerous creature in the ocean is an Angel fish. It's always a lovely summer day, but under 20 degrees. All electricity is generated by hydro, and the internet never happened- no such thing as social media. No AI. Movies have not gone woke and a waste of money. TV has shows worth watching. News is about happy things. Cancer and any disease never happen. I go to bed early every night with my favourite AV actress and it never gets boring.
