  1. All of the guys that I signed up with ( Vietnam, not Ukraine ) did so ( to my knowledge ) for adventure, see the world, bored etc. Not one was a Rambo wannabe. Not one expected to get paid a lot ( we didn't get paid a lot ). I doubt any cared about the geopolitical reasons for the Vietnam conflict or cared about who they would be fighting.
  2. Seems like a good idea at the time. I voluntarily signed up for my generation's war, but it ended while I was on my way. I was young when I did though.
  3. Not about war. The most vile thing ever perpetrated on the human race, and the ones sending the boys to die are usually miles and miles behind the front lines. I do have nice things to say about Thailand and Antarctica. Both wonderful places full of magic and wonder. I like nice tropical beaches, sunsets and long legged pretty girls in short shorts and tight t shirts- bliss.
  4. That's certainly true. Just ask the Ukrainian and Russian cannon fodder- they know.
  5. Simple answer is that they like girls/ women, till they like boys/ men, either as well as or instead of. I suspect it depends on whether they want to be supported and have babies. Men usually earn more for the support, and Toms can't make babies.
  6. Errr, isn't that a contradiction in terms? A man that likes both is bisexual. A homosexual isn't sexually attracted to females. Perhaps you meant sissys.
  7. Are there actually people employed to come up with labels for every aspect of human behaviour? I would have liked researching that sort of thing. BTW, you missed a lot of variations eg farmers, fist fun, latex freaks, drinkers, bondage, suffocation, just to mention a few.
  8. Was it a really romantic bog then; little scented candles and soft towels? Sounds like great fun, and can't wait to try it myself.
  9. A Tom in LOS always has the best looking gals in my experience. They are lesbians by heart, but anyone can do anything sexually. Just ask all the "straight" guys that stray on the wild side in LOS.
  10. Nukes are a insurmountable obstacle to invasion of any NATO border.
  11. Next generation of nuclear power will probably cost less and be safer. No other means of producing non polluting electricity in sufficient amounts to power the 20 billion people expected in the near future. ( that's a guess, but we jumped from 3 billion to 8 billion in my lifetime so 20 billion is entirely possible ).
  12. That's a lot of extrapolation there. I agree it's happening, but I think it's 5 billion people too late to do anything to change it.
  13. By producing a few consumer units ( kids ) you have done more than enough to contribute to the end of the human race. By your own words you want to make a few more too.
  14. Excellent answer. Like it says in the Bible, a house divided shall not stand. Humans do not co operate and will suffer for it when Gaia comes aknockin' with THE END for the human species. We have overstayed our welcome with all our pollution, extermination of species and general bad behaviour. Not all the EVs and windmills on the planet are going to save us from our own wrongdoings. Not saying it will happen any time soon, but eventually, all in due course.
  15. You and I are not privvy to internal Russian politics, so I, at least, am prepared to wait and see, assuming Putin is replaced, which I doubt will happen.
  16. I saw the israeli spokesman on Al Jazeera talking about that and he didn't say anything about them being Hamas fighters that surrendered. More misinformation by israeli aplologists on here that they were Hamas fighters that surrendered. Gets rather boring having to correct them.
  17. Apparently 100 countries supported a ceasefire in the recent Security council debate, in which the US was the only country against it. Britain abstained, shame on them.
  18. I have no idea as to how many dead children is enough for you. Facetious replies are not a substitute for a sensible answer. I thought you were taking this subject seriously, but I must have been mistaken.
  19. No proof then, so not true. Need I remind you of the forum rules "Any alleged factual claims must be supported by a valid link to an approved credible source". That's YOU that needs to support your alleged facts, not up to me to look for it.
  20. What strength would that be? Why do you think Canada, Japan, UK, France would join a conflict in SEA? They are already struggling to supply Ukraine, and in the case of Britain, how would they even get to SEA? They no longer have bases there and their navy isn't much any more. Only the US has the naval capacity and I doubt enough spare capacity for Canadians, Brits etc. Japan is still basically a self defense force, and too close to China to go far. Sth Korea? Unlikely as they have a nuclear armed enemy to the north Worth remembering Canada, France and Britain did not join the war in Vietnam.
  21. Have you been reading israeli propaganda again?
  22. What a despicable, vile comment by the poster you quoted. That guy is a writer, as reported on Al Jazeera.
  23. Do you assume that if Putin died his successor would end the war? I don't.
  24. Soooo, how many kids is the price? 50,000, 100,000, 1,000,000, all of them? When is enough enough?
