It is not a form of mental sickness. So many are climbing aboard the idea that disliking Trump and Trumpism is a manifestation of some entirely imagined mental disease. Not only, remarkably, a totally imagined mental disease, but one which they seem to be able to diagnose from reading a one sentence post on social media! Quite extraordinary.

I really can't get upset - most of them won't have the beginning of a clue about the significance, and there will be another dance craze along in a couple of weeks. As for lack of knowledge of European History, how many of us know about comparable times in Thai history? Plaek Phibunsongkhram, the Franco Thai war, the influence of Japan, and the Martyrs of Thailand?

I don't suppose it was much fun for the Israeli entrants, being greeted with throat splitting gestures. Didn't that same gesture used be made to the occupants of the cattle trucks as they rolled through Germany in the 1940s? Still just a bit of fun eh? I agree that the Israeli entry won't make it, not because of any talent or it's absence, but because of the threat of disruption. I suppose the basic question to be posed is: are the pro Palestinian demonstrations and antics a reaction to the whole Maga/Miller/ white supremacist construct, bearing in mind that it is certainly perceived by many ( not exclusively coloured people) as a racist programme, or is MAGA etc a reaction to Palestinian activism? Personally (and I am not American) I support the right of Israel to exist, abhor the savage intentions of HAMAS, who monopolise the arguments for the Palestinian cause, and am equally repulsed by the racism behind so many of the Trump administration's policies. The weakness, as I see it, is the whole " with us or you are the enemy" attitude.

One doesn't need to Google AI to realise that what is going on, and what so many are enthusing about is quite simply racially driven. It is not exactly a new phenomenon in American society, but Trump/MAGA have opened the bottle and released the genie!

Almost any soap, (Imperial Leather is my usual brand) and a 7/11 two or three blade disposable razor. Once the soap is worn down to about half size, into the mug. Key is a shaving brush to produce and apply a lather. They are readily available on Lazada. Oh yes, and warm water. I wouldn't say it was a hobby (!) but I shave most days. Razor lasts a week.
