Crowds were told to stand back as a water truck was brought in. 18 people mostly students were hurt. Later it was confirmed that two students had died. " Letus hope that the rescue services did not add to the death toll......

    One thing to consider... IF the rumours about Putin's deteriorating health are actually true, it may come to the point that Putin feels he has nothing more to lose and wants to go out in a flash of glory ie nukes. Then we will be dependent upon the spineless generals in the Kremlin to prevent the buttons being pressed.
