    Hi, I just finished a horrible experience of 6 days at RJveg: indifferent nursing care. Doctors not in-house. Bill kited, battle over services i did not ask for. Gotto go back in after falling at home, and passing out.and unable to get up. My mistake to choose the less expensive ! Please share your experience, with services an prices. AFAIK CM Bangkok is most expensive.. thanks !

    thanks ! for a great response. my first epiphany with a coconut pie was at the Charin Resort south of Chiang Rai ... they had a shop in the Lotus Tesco on the Superhighway (Kam Tiang area) for some years.

    i find Meij yoghurt and high-protein whey drinks better than other brands. The Makro house brand, Aro, large bottles of yoghurt, are cheap, and, delicious.

    Without clarification if the OP here needs cataract/lens replacement, or Lasik, or whatever ... we are all flying blind. I had cataract surgery on both eyes in March at Sriphat by Dr. Paradee.     I suggest you Google on "Temazepam compared to other sleep medications," and "what is better than Temazepam." Ambien (Zolpidem), not a benzo) can be prescribed at Maharaj/Sriphat hospital (I saw a neurologist for Ambien). cheers
