  1. there is a video on YouTube of an in studio analysis of the shooting. After being shot, Trump reads off a teleprompter about God saved him. Think about the timing of what managed to get pre-written on the teleprompter . Time travel, I guess.
  2. I don't hate Obama, I liked that he broke the glass ceiling. i don't hate Trump. I like him, i just don't like what he does. if you ask me, only a pedophile in hiding, would control the mountain of evidence which has just been released....not. and if and when you reply ''where's the proof?''. That is the whole point - the proof has been redacted or do you prefer to go along with the pathetic DOJ's assurances that ''we're protecting the children''. The victims are the only ones telling the unvarnished truth.
  3. what is it about Trump fans? the vast majority of you supported the idea of demonizing and firing people from work, for expressing their hatred of Charlie Kirk. But now that the shoe is on the other foot, you abandon your beliefs - as in 'its ok for the Presiden of the USA to express hatred at just about everybody who disagrees with him. and i mean 'everybody' Seriously, it's like the plot line for the tv series - Severence. the minute you enter into a politcal discussion, your brain enters another reality.
  4. anyone here receivng Canadian CPP/OAS and using Wise Canada? I have been advised that Services Canada will require Wise Canada to approve the application form . I cannot see that happening.
  5. that is a very useful suggestion. do you have a reference to the website and do you know if they recognise correspondence in English? my SCB bank has bee rejecting my transfers from my CIBC Canada account, for the past 6 months.
  6. Fascinating. First time I've seen no thumbs down on a realistic assessment of what we're possibly going to see at the mid terms. 'It's the economy stupid' still rings true
  7. 'easy peasy' - just block Eric the Ego
  8. the New York Post ? That is less reliable than The National Enquirer. what planet do you live on.
  9. how can you say ''it's a fact'' with absolute certainty when there's a ton of unreleased evidence, emails, photos, videos? repeating this endlessly can cause the open mind to die from lack of nourishment or to go into a vegetative state of cultism.
  10. I liked that so much i though I would repost it for anyone who missed it first time around. 😁
  11. that is not a serious question. it is a deflection. You have deflected to this direction 2 or 3 times, to a question which nobody can answer. Karolyn Leavitt does this all the time. She is really good at ignoring the laws of logic, which do not fit her narrative - such as insisting that the true wrongdoers were Biden and the Democrats. I pity anyone who believes anything coming out of her mouth as true
  12. I don't disagree. The majority of American politicians are all in it for power & money. but they were the first & only Republicans to go against Trump's wishes for the matter to die before it gets to a vote. Those 3, plus the new Dem Congresswoman bring the total to what is needed to bring it to a vote on the floor of the House. agree? But its naive to assume there will be a day of reckoning for all the enablers, (including the modelling agency heads). Hollywood's been at this shameful game since the beginning.
  13. Major respect for GOP'ers Lauren Boebert, Nancy Mace and Marjorie Taylor Greene, who refused to be persuaded to remove their signatures from the petition. That's the one to force a vote in Congress, to compel the full release of files from the federal investigation of Jeffrey Epstein. The petition has enough votes to pass. GOP pols are in panic mode - like rats deserting the sinking ship, known as ''the Epstein hoax''. No Republican will want to have it on their record that they were against the release of the files.
  14. no worries, he insulted France in another speech yesterday.
  15. It's not in his speech, my friend. It's his desire to stay ignorant of history. Europe would have fallen to Hitler, except for Japan bombing Pearl Harbor. Up to that point, the US was not going to join the war effort in Europe. That is what Chomper is getting at.
  16. postscript: the man who avoided the draft will always be remembered for bad-mouthing soldiers who get captured. CBS interviewed Trump was asked about the naval service of then–U.S. senator from Arizona John McCain, ''he was a war hero, five and a half years as a POW, and you call him a dummy. Is that appropriate in running for president?'' Trump replied '' He's a war hero because he was captured. I like people that weren't captured, okay?''
  17. that was a huge effort. let me be the first to thank you. has he claimed to stop any wars before he was born?
  18. excuse me going on at length, but I'd regard this as one of the most important pieces of advice you'll get, relating to non- resident Canadians with banks back home. the past 6 months' of hell, since my wife passed away, was due to 2 issues. #1 was having a joint account, so as to receive our pensions. I am still unable to resolve if the reason my transfers get 'bounced' because it was renamed to my name only, by the Estate division of the bank. The 2nd issue is due to the fact that my late wife was the primary Visa card holder. I was the secondary holder. NEVER arrange your affairs this way. At this time, i am dealing with the Estate Division, for a 2nd time, 6 months later. I have to apply to cancel our existing credit cards and apply for a new card in my name. It seems easy. but I will not get my new card until December, Until then, I cannot log on to online banking with either of our ''old'' card numbers. that means I continue to be unable to access my funds. thanks for reading this! I hope it helps another Canuck from avoiding what I've gone through. peace out
  19. 'trolling, trolling, trolling down the river'. for an advanced guy, try English 101 . It is 'Newsom'. Just like when i refer to 'Trump' not trumpe. gettit?
  20. of course he lies to Congress, its called 'lying by omission'. Even though his party controls Congress, he breaks Constitutional Law (the one about checks and balances?) by acting unilaterally. It's in his nature.
  21. I am looking for C batteries, rechargeable. the only ones i can find online are NiCad, which is such a poisonous technology, that its banned in the West. any recommendations? forget to mention, i don't want the brands which have the usb charging port
  22. I am looking for C batteries, rechargeable. the only ones i can find online are NiCad, which is such a poisonous technology, that its banned in the West. any recommendations?
  23. I tried it again, last week, , for the 8 time. did not work. still no word from my CIBC branch about changing my name to exactly that of my SCB account. to add to my woes, CIBC has cancelled my credit card for logging on. This means my pension access is frozen. crazy.
  24. If it makes you happy that he's krapping all over you, too - who are we in distant lands to disagree?
