  1. No those penalties are not typical. How do you work out that Trump has been "favoUred"? I support justce. Not political lawfare. Oh and I'll have one of those hot dogs with everything. Nice van.
  2. Ah well. That might be because you tried two questions in one line. Sadly, it's not happy hour here.
  3. People with far more knowledge of real estate than these corrupt judges.
  4. People with far more knowledge of real estate values is who. Funny, this court says that Trump overvalued property values but then impose impossibly overinflated fines. He's right, it's an overt witchhunt and now everyone can see that.
  5. And after that he flipped back before he was out nearly two years ago. This change in strategy is American led, maybe partly to try to shift critiscism away from Biden's foreign policy weakness.
  6. Which is what has happened for the last 3+ years. Doh!
  7. A bit late for that now. Biden has been a disaster.
  8. Good. Hope he recovers it all.
  9. That can be the way in but that may still not be appropriate for this case.
  10. Pointless throwing the Baht into this. It's had its own ups and downs.
  11. Just a joke - not blaming anybody.
  12. Isostatic rebound of the lithosphere will occur near the poles if a significant amount of polar ice cap melts away and that would make the earth "rounder" (in an all round way of course).
  13. See. Full of it. Drama class auditions end of the corridor then down the fire escape.
  14. So we can blame women drivers?
  15. Yes. It was all done by mirrors.
  16. Bourbon St and Buckskin Joe' Village.
  17. Full of it. He didn't even have a PC for most of his career - makes cut and paste a bit tricky.
  18. Exactly. The useless market in the middle of the soi marked the end of an era.
  19. Yes, 80's. Concentration on 1st stage expressway construction but not much high-rise until 90's.
  20. Yep. Yet another obscure judge trying it on. Pun intended.
  21. This piece mentions "changes in the Earth's core" but is rather weak in explaining what those actually are and why they are occurring. Only the outer core is liquid. The inner core is solid. In any case, this will likely have happened before, when everything melted - computers and stock markets were not an issue then, of course.
