I used Home and Pool. Minor issues sorted out promptly. After 18 months all still looking good and functioning well. My contact was a senior guy K. Nung [reasonable English). Recommended.

Took new friends there tonight and as promised earlier this week frogs' legs now available at B230 for main course - well prepared and goodsized. 6 adults and 3 young kids atewell for under B2000, so still great value in my view. The legs, pate, glazed duck, pasta, grilled prawns, pork escalope, porc kidneys in mustard sauce and yet again six French customers (always a good sign in my view). Unlike one poster above we have never been critical of portion size happily

I've been to Mobis and one screen is 75, (or maybe 77.5) and another is 115 so definitely worth a visit.

BPH clinic next to Chic Store

Excellent porc kidneys and cooked-just-right good-sized-portions of duck last night. Country pate still delicious and now B110 for 3 slices. About 20 clients including several French people during the early evening despite no air-con, some French guys smoking outside, good value portions and sometime open flies. Frogs legs and snails may be on the menu quite soon the owner K Weena informed us.

for various reasons I now have to pass the Bistro twice each night between 7.00 and 10pm and regularly see between 6 and 12 diners each time. Must be doing something right in these hard times !

not a buffet but ....................... Mr Bo of The Irish Wolfhound in Soi5 off Pratumnak does egg, 2x bacon, sausage, half large tomato, beans, fried potato, 2 x toast doorstops + marmalade + butter and large tea/coffee with refills as required for ................................................ wait for it ................................... B60
Two poached eggs on 2 x toast B40
Not surprisingly always busy
Definitely a well established owner who understands how to market during tough times

have you tried tuning to those frequencies?

yes 2 hours is great and about enough time and yes lamb is served at The Barn. A well run and clean commercial enterprise. I suggest you have lots of B20's with you for the kids' rides.

reminds me of 'townies' in UK buying their idyllic village weekend cottages and then moaning vociferously about the Sunday church bells (plus occasional weekday rehearsals) both activities preceding these new residents by hundreds of years - so I agree with #4 above.

googling says 'yes' in an airtight container (not too full) but when thawed re-heat slowly so they do not go to mush

for the sake of clarity the Juristic Person is the sum of all the co-owners; the Juristic Person Manager (JPM) is just that and a separate entity. Take it from me and to my cost if a farang is the JPM he//she needs a work permit !!!
I have now found that Section 37/1 is the oracle and is slightly clearer than mentioned above

What are the legal requirements for a person to sit on a Condo Committee? Does a member have to be a co-owner or can a tenant be invited to sit? Thanks

I too would go for the baked beans (an extra) too plus HP sauce ! I assume you'd have a variety of pies (steak and ale, steak and kidney, steak and onion etc). If they are well received could you do chicken pies too?

yes ................... no action ................. nothing!
-
yes we still have two (including a comfortable PCX which would have been great for those outings) but also a toddler so currently no more longish sunday morning rides .
I'm surprised you've not had any replies/offers yet but good luck

I will be interested to hear Mr Plumbs if you think it is good food at a fair price ...................... even with no air/con !
Maybe go with some friends and try various dishes.
I have no commercial interest in this Bistro but it is just a hop skip and a jump from my house so I have an interest in it being there for some time to come.
Thks

Are you really sure Michaelaway? As it's food and nourishment related could he possibly mean eutheria? As an educated Essex boy known to make incisive comments and decisive decisions (refer above #79) he might well do. Let's wait and see. .................
-
you're entitled to your views of course but personally I reckon they will have a long life serving good food at very reasonable prices
Am I missing something? Euthoria? An Essex word? Is that to do with teenagers and their fixations?
-
good luck to you Brio. We did it with 4 or 5 other couples when we first arrived some time ago and thoroughly enjoyed the exploring and company. 80-90kms early on a sunday morning was just the job

5 of us ate there again last night. Pate, prawns, pasta and omelette all excellent. Salads fresh. Quiche a tad bland and informed chef. Very quaffable carafes of wine. I still say it's very good value with inexpensive tasty French-style food.

I have used EuroPVC on several big and small installations in my home over the past few years and absolutely no complaints. Aaron is the boss and Barry handles daily operations
-
its about 90kms from you - one and a half hours max by car/taxi. Taxis available at ferry and about B800/900 from ferry back home and i expect same to the ferry
