  1. how can she prove it? She would need a DNA or his name on the birth certificate, to get his DNA if is she does not have it, would require her to go to court in Germany, the Germans would just laugh and not even bother with the court case. There is no way that he would be required to attend a DNA Test, without a court case, and it would cost her a lot of money, as she would have to pay for it, as she has no way to claim free legal advice in Germany.

What proof does she have? An affadavit is nothing, as the Germans would believe this is a way to get the child and mother into Germany easily, and not accept it. I have dealings with the Embassy and I know the German Authorities as I live in Germany

She says she can prove it by DNA testing, I do not know if she know how.

  2. I know a Thai lady with a little baby she claim have a German father. This German guy do not pay anything for the baby, he denies his father-ship. The lady is left alone with the baby, without any job. Do anybody here know if she have any chance to get any help from Germany, if she can prove that he is the father ? If so, how should she do it ?

    Thank you in advance wai.gif

  3. Good news I would say.

Really? Who would benefit from this?

Those 3 resorts probably employ around 1000 Thais. Forcing people out of their jobs, and letting the resorts "return to nature" - is this really the best solution for the people of Thailand?

I think this is the best solution, it will teach the <removed> that doing wrong will bring back the wrong one day. If they cannot operate legally they should not operate. Like in the western countries.

Flatten it down, let the bastards pay. If someone bought in good fatih they will sort it out according to Thai traditions. And if they does so it also shows how right it was to take this action. They should also prosecute every so-called owners for corruption.

BANGKOK, Dec 1 -- Thai authorities are searching for more evidence connected with Pol Lt Gen Pongpat Chayapan's cartel.

The former Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) commissioner and two more cartel suspects are expected to turn themselves in today.

Forensic police planned to open three safes seized from Pol Lt Gen Pongpat’s homes in the Chaeng Watthana area on Friday. The authorities believed they would find valuables in the safes.

Besides, officials will search houses linked to Gen Pongpat's network as he is suspected of receiving bribes from gambling dens, police seeking promotions and oil smugglers.

This afternoon Sgt Nathakorn Yasri and Sgt Theerapong Chorjampee suspected of receiving bribes connected with Pol Lt Gen Pongpat were expected to surrender at the Metropolitan Police Bureau.

Only one suspect--identified as Witthaya Theskhunthos--remains at large.

Fine Arts Department Director-General Borvornvate Rungrujee and his staff began examining an estimated 20,000 artifacts seized from Pol Lt Gen Pongpat’s network at the 1st Infantry Regiment.

They will sort and evaluate the artifacts in two months.

Meanwhile, Navy commander-in-chief Adm Kraisorn Chansuwanit said navy personnel had nothing to do with any bribery relating to oil smugglers in the South. (MCOT online news)
