Re Entry Permit at Don Muang Airport?
ubonjoe replied to sas_cars's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I am sure the re-entry permit desk is open when there are international flights departing. The desk is located after departure immigration. -
I assume she has a extension of stay based upon being the parent of a child attending a school. She will need to show both bank books to prove the 500k baht has been in the bank for 90 days.

Many offices will let you leave the departure date blank or can put any day on it since it is not important. -
Did you try to do the auto fill of the application by entering you passport number, nationality and clicking the blue magnifying glass.

Laos vs Cambodia for visa run (STV)
ubonjoe replied to clarky cat's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
You can apply for a single entry tourist visa (SETV) in Savannakhet or Phnom Penh. You will not be able to apply for a Special Tourist Visa (STV) anywhere but your home country. Phnom Penh is a 2 day wait for a tourist visa. Savannakhet is open along with the bridge from Mukdahan. -
It may be late due to a holiday on the 3rd plus a weekend. It may arrive today.

I not had any problems with the online reporting site. Are sure that was not doing it on the mobile app and the old site. The new site works good on a browser on mobile or with a computer.

You could do it today up to the 15th. You could print out the receipt for the report and put in your passport,

Ok to get an extension on the final day of visa?
ubonjoe replied to kman90's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
You could do it on the last day but best to do early in case you didn't get it done. You will need copies of your passport photo page, arrival stamp and TM6 departure card. You may also need a proof of TM30 report being done. -
You can do the report up to 7 days after your report date. No problem to do it couple of days after your report date. Have you tried doing your reports online? The new system works good.
