  1. This what the requirements state. See: https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/9.FOR-RETIREMENT-PURPOSES-50-YEARS-OLD-NON-O.pdf "5.1 Present passbook and deposit certificate from banks in Thailand (in Thai language (Attention: Immigration Commissioner)) 5.2 Copy of all entries of the applicant’s passbook showing that the applicant has a savings or fixed deposit account of not less than Baht 800,000 (all documents must be in the Applicant’s name) 5.3 Evidence of foreign currency fund transferred to Thailand" 5.1 is a letter form the bank confirming your account and the balance on the day it is written. 5.3 Is a credit advise confirming the funds came from abroad.
  2. You try that and sign the copies yourself. I think may accept them if she signed the emailed copies. That may be your last report if the don't accept the copies I mentioned above. It may only take a couple of days to get them.
  3. I am sure they will want signed copies. Could your wife sign some copies and email them to you? If you time she could send them by International Express Mail to you if needed.
  4. You could try doing the application with copies of the signed ID card and passport (normally copies her house book registry would be needed}.
  5. It would be Spain since that is the start of your trip.
  6. Has he tried to do it online. The news system works good. He will have to register to use the new site. Link for it: https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/login
  7. At least 2 shots of covid 19 vaccine with the 2nd one done at least 2 weeks before you arrive in the country.
  8. That is not required for the type of extension she is applying for. That is only needed for extensions based upon retirement.
  9. I am sure the re-entry permit desk is open when there are international flights departing. The desk is located after departure immigration.
  10. I assume she has a extension of stay based upon being the parent of a child attending a school. She will need to show both bank books to prove the 500k baht has been in the bank for 90 days.
  11. Many offices will let you leave the departure date blank or can put any day on it since it is not important.
  12. Did you try to do the auto fill of the application by entering you passport number, nationality and clicking the blue magnifying glass.
  13. You can apply for a single entry tourist visa (SETV) in Savannakhet or Phnom Penh. You will not be able to apply for a Special Tourist Visa (STV) anywhere but your home country. Phnom Penh is a 2 day wait for a tourist visa. Savannakhet is open along with the bridge from Mukdahan.
  14. The 7 days before was actually eliminated on the old online report site 2 years ago. It is the same on the new site.
  15. A passport would not prove you are covered by Thai Social Security for medical care.
  16. It may be late due to a holiday on the 3rd plus a weekend. It may arrive today.
  17. I not had any problems with the online reporting site. Are sure that was not doing it on the mobile app and the old site. The new site works good on a browser on mobile or with a computer.
  18. You can apply for a international vaccination certificate on the mor prom app. You will need a 13 digit ID number to register on it. Your vaccination certificate from the Department Of Disease Control has a ID number on it.
  19. You could of been a little clearer in what you meant. Just saying a vaccine passport is not need could lead to some confusion. Some people call a vaccination certificate a vaccine passport.
  20. You certainly need proof of being fully vaccinated for the Thailand pass. This from the popup message when you opent the siter..
  21. You could do it today up to the 15th. You could print out the receipt for the report and put in your passport,
  22. You could do it on the last day but best to do early in case you didn't get it done. You will need copies of your passport photo page, arrival stamp and TM6 departure card. You may also need a proof of TM30 report being done.
  23. You can do the report up to 7 days after your report date. No problem to do it couple of days after your report date. Have you tried doing your reports online? The new system works good.
  24. If you already have insurance with them the will do it to the age of 75 if I recall correctly.
