  2. The rule state you can do it up to 60 days. But I would suggest doing no more than 2 weeks early since things do change. It takes at the most 48 hours to get the approval now.

  6. You can extend your 30 day visa exempt entry for 30 days at immigration without a problem. The airline can ask to see a ticket out of the country within 30 days. That can be a one way ticket to anywhere or you could get a temporary onward ticket online (search for onward ticket).

  17. For a one year extension they want your marriage certificate to be legalized in the country or embassy for where you got married and you foreign marriage registered at a Amphoe to get a Kor Ror 22.
  18. Here are the requirements to apply for a 60 day extension of stay to visit your wife. Your wife will need to be with you. Copies of your passport photo page, visa or existing extension stamp and arrival stamp. Copy of TM6 departure card. Copies of marriage certificate, signed copies of wife's house book registry and ID card signed by her. Some offices may also want a copy of your Kor Ror 2 marriage registry recently updated by getting a printout of it at a Amphoe.
  19. You cannot get a visa at a border crossing. You can get a 30 day visa exempt entry or use a multiple entry visa to get a new permit to stay in the country. I have seen no reports of anybody doing a crossing there yet.
