For Malaysians entering by land there is no limit on the number of 30 day visa exempt entries they can do. It is in a special order for them.

You need a work permit to work legally and you would not be able to get one issued while on non-o visa or extension of stay based upon retirement. You would have to change the reason for your extension of stay from retirement to one for working or if you get married to one based upon marriage to a Thai.

There is no 6 month extension that you can get by leaving and entering the country before your extension expires. I am not aware of any agents in Phuket so I cannot help with that question.

Entering visa exempt will have no effect for using your existing bank accounts in anyway.

You can enter everything again when you complete the application after logging into the site. I assume you mean your TM6 arrival card number not a TM30 report that has no number on it. Most denials are due to your address not being entered correctly.

Just completed everything on the mobile app and got the expected message that I was not within the reporting window. Are you sure you entering your arrival date correctly (Day/Month/Year).

What type of extension would you be applying for? If a short term extension you would not need a lot of space for them to fit it in. Only about half a page would be needed.

You could apply now since your within the 45 days early window that Chaeng Wattana allows. I would say the best days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Remember there are holidays on the 6th and the 13th to the 15th of this month and the 2nd, 4th and 13th of May.
