  1. Yes to all of your questions. Choose the type of visa you want here and click it. https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=2537
  2. About 2 weeks. That is why you need at least 15 days remaining on your stay to apply.
  3. 1. No return or onward ticket is needed if you have a non-o visa. You could apply for a single re-entry permit that would keep the remainder of your 90 day permit to stay from the non-o visa. 2. Correct and no proof of the 400k baht came from abroad. 3. Add copy of your marriage certificate translate to Thai or english if not in English already. Since you mentioned a Kor Ror 22 marriage registry I assume you were married outside Thailand. You wifes tambien ban does not be have to be for where you apply for the extension. You will need something from your wife's sister to stating you are living in her house along with signed copies of her tambien ban and ID card.
  4. You would get a 45 day visa exempt entry at this time that can be extended for 30 days by land or air. A change to a non-b visa is 2000 baht at immigration.
  5. It works great for me. Look at pinned topic at the top of the main forum page.
  6. Chonburi is the same as Jomtien and it is under division 3.
  7. I cannot move posts to another topic. Only the entire topic can be moved to a different forum.
  8. Where it is approved it depends upon where you apply for the non-o visa. Not all of them are sent to division 3 in Bangkok for that is over the central region of country. Others are sent to the division headquarters for the other 3 regions of the country.
  9. If your OA visa issued by a embassy or consulate is still valid you could do a border hop and get a new one year entry. If you don't insurance valid for the full year the would stamp you in until the day your insurance expires. You would need a copy of your e visa to prove your visa is still valid. You cannot do a border hop at any crossing to Myanmar. They are closed for foreigners at this time. A train to Malaysia might be a good option to get a new entry. After that a trip to one of Cambodia crossing would be needed.
  10. That establishes your child is a US citizen and that would allow them to get survivor benefits. The report of birth should be done now. They could then also apply for a US passport.
  11. A Canadian gets a visa exempt entry that is currently for 45 days. A 15 day visa on arrival is only available for those from about 18 countries see this list. List of visa exempt and visas on arrival countries.pdf
  12. No Your child is a US citizen from birth but you need to do a report of their birth at the embassy in Bangkok or the consulate in Chiang Mai. See this webpage: https://th.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/child-family-matters/ You wife would have to of lived in the US for at least 5 years to qualify. She would need to apply for permanent residency in the US to do that.
  13. !. Your report of staying longer than 90 days in the country is due 90 days from the day you entered the country. 2. That can depend upon the office your report to. You may need proof the TM30 report was done online. Ask you landlord for a screenshot of it. Many offices only want the TM30 to be done. Not all offices have the TM27 form. They are still using the TM28 form.
  14. The info is correct. Extensions of visa exempt entries have been done there since April. Info is here at the bottom of this webpage. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/courses/muangthongthani-will_be-closed/
  15. The 2 weeks is normal since it has to be approved by Division 3 headquarters that Jomtien is under. Immigration may can you when the approval is done.
  16. 1. That will not be accepted. 2. You would have to submit a TM30 report to formally change your address to where you would be doing the report. 3. That may be the best option.
  17. Use the new passport that has no history of international travel. Not a problem to not use the old travel dates in your old passport. Just upload your new passport photo page instead of the 12 months of stamps.
  18. Best to do number 1. Your overstay will not be a problem for getting the visa issued.
  19. Not related to visas and extensions. Moved to the General Forum.
  20. You wife will need to be with you when you apply. Copies of passport photo page, visa, current extension stamp, entry stamp and TM6 departure card. Copy of marriage certificate. Copy for your wife's ID card and house book registry. A completed TM7 form.
  21. You cannot apply for the extension of stay until the last 30 days or 45 days at some office of your 90 day stay. What extension will you be applying for. The fee for a extension is 1900 baht.
