  1. I have seen nothing official yet and the Thailand Pass site has not been updated yet. It does not have to be posted in they Royal Gazette since the authority to make the changes have already been granted to them under the emergency decree.
  2. You apply for a extension pay the 1900 baht fee and be granted 7 days to leave the country when it is denied.
  3. You can get the proof the funds came from abroad a few days before you apply. Most immigration offices will accept a letter from the bank confirming your account done the day before you apply. The guarantee wording is not really what it is. The will want a copy of your bank bood updated on the day you apply.
  4. This is my list. Marriage Extension Requirements 2.pdf The forms are still in the pinned topic for immigration templates.
  5. If they did not ask for a TM30 report when you applied for the visa you should not need one for the extension application. They probably noticed you are you using the same address as before when you were getting extensions.
  6. Nothing new in that really. Just ignore about anything a embassy states about visa exempt entries. The 30 day extensions are still available. It would require a change to the immigration order allowing them for them to end.
  7. Embassies have nothing to do with the Thailand Pass. What is the January 11th date for?
  8. You will not be on an overstay after the report back date on the under consideration stamp. That day is just the expected day your extension is expected to be approved. The under consideration stamp allows you to stay in the country until your extension is approved.
  9. 1. Instead of going through the legalization of your marriage certificate in the US you can do a affidavit to self certify it at the US embassy in Bangkok and then have it translated to Thai and certified by the Department of Consular Affairs of the MFA in Bangkok. "Oftentimes the Thai government requests the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General Chiang Mai “certify” documents listed under “services we cannot provide.” Please note the Embassy and Consulate CAN notarize an affidavit which may or may not satisfy the Thai requirement for “certification.” Source: https://th.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/local-resources-of-u-s-citizens/notaries-public/ 2. Ignore 6.3. It will not be needed. If staying with your Thai family you can get a statement from them that you are staying with them with signed copies of their house book and ID card attached. They will also need to complete a TM30 report of your arrival at their residence.
  10. You can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife and then prior to the last 15 days of it apply for a non-o visa at immigration. Requirements are here: https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/6.pdf Then during the last 30 days of the 90 day stay the non-o visa will allow you can apply for a one year extension of stay. You will need 400k baht in a Thai bank for 2 months on the day you apply or proof of 40k baht income. After getting the one year extension you can get a multiple (3800 baht) or a single (1000 baht) re-entry permit to keep you extension valid if you need to travel. Immigration does not issue multiple entry non-o visas,
  11. Have you gotten a 60 day extension to visit your wife since you last entered the country? You might want to talk to your local immigration office about applying for the one year extension based upon marriage with less that one year of transfers from abroad amounting to more 40k baht per month. If you could put 400k baht in a Thai bank and have it there for 2 months you could apply for the extension The embassy in the UK is only issuing single entry non-o visas.
  12. Are you asking about the 90 days of insurance needed for a non-o visa at a embassy? Otherwise do not need the 40/400k baht insurance unless you enter the country on a valid OA visa issued before October of last year. The $50,000 covid 19 insurance is not included in the 40/400k baht insurance.
  13. You could still use the appointment for the extension for retirement to get you to the section where the visa applications are done. Appointments are not mandatory. You can go to CW without one.
  14. I don't see the non-o visa application on the site but you could use the one shown on the page for CW. Direct link for CW is here. https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/ImmigrationOfficeGovernmentComplexChaengWattanaRd@imm1division.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
  15. There is not requirement to have the covid 19 insurance for a extension of stay application at this time. After September 1st of next year when the $100,000 or 3 million baht insurance starts the covid 19 insurance is included in it.
  16. Yes it does apply under the new rules. When applied for the non-ed visa your tourist visa was changed to a non immigrant ED visa.
  17. In the case of a Thai being the legal father of a child the only option would be to adopt them with the father's consent. Legitimization is only needed if the parents were not married.
  18. I assume the 60 day permit to stay you got from your tourist visa ends on February 28th not your visa that is expiring. You will not be able to apply for the 30 day extension until about 2 weeks before the 28th of February. Then after that prior to March 25th you could apply for a 60 day covid 19 extension.
  19. What type of visa did you use for entry to the country. If on a non immigrant visa that is why you did not get the extension under the new rules.
  20. You still have a stay from a non-ed visa. According to the new order you will not be able to apply for another covid 19 extension unless they change the order in March if they issue another one. Maybe their will be some border crossings open by March.
  21. You can get it to the age of 99 here, https://covid19.tgia.org/ They are only offering 30 days of insurance and that is enough to enter the country.
  22. It seems there was some confusion about what the basis was for your non-o visa application. You only need for 400k baht in the bank on the day you apply based upon marriage to a Thai. Here is the requirments from the immigration website. https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/6-สมรส-รหัสO.pdf
