  1. There is no receipt for it. Have them do a screenshot of it and print it out for you to prove it was done.
  2. Up to the day it expires that is the same day the permit to stay it is issued for expires. If you left on the day the extension was issued it would be one as much a year until it expires on the day the extension does.
  3. It appears to be the extra privileges. For the ultimate privilege. Source: https://www.thailandelite.com/at-your-service/card/elite-ultimate-privilege-membership?locate=en&popup=false Superiority is here. https://www.thailandelite.com/at-your-service/card/elite-superiority-extension-membership?locate=en&popup=false
  4. After getting the extension done you can apply for a single re-entry permit (1000 baht) or a multiple one (3800 baht). You can apply for a non-o visa with a 30 day visa exempt entry or the 30 day extension of it. You must have at least 15 days remaining on the 30 days or the extension of it. The during the last 30 day of the 90 day stay from the non-o visa you can apply for a one year extension of stay.
  5. Since you do not have enough time to sort things out you could apply for a 60 day covid 19 extension to get more time to do the extension near the end of the 60 days.
  6. You must have at least 15 days remaining on your 30 day stay or the 30 day extension to apply for the visa. From the file I posted a link to. "DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED MORE THAN 15 DAYS BEFORE VISA EXPIRATION"
  7. That is a not a official immigration website. At one time some of the forms on it were out of date. You can the forms needed in this pinned topic. https://aseannow.com/topic/631223-immigration-templates/
  8. If is fairly easy do to it yourself. To apply for a non-o visa at immigration the 400k baht only has to be in the bank on the day you apply. See: https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/6.pdf Then during the last 30 days of the 90 day stay from the non-o visa you can apply for a one year extension based upon marriage. The 400k baht would need to be in the bank for 2 months on the day you apply.
  9. At most offices now they will only want a TM30 report done to change you address.
  10. Proof that it is allowed is here in this PDF. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/8-1.pdf Read 1.2 that is for visa exempt entries.
  11. He was asking about staying in Singapore for a few days.
  12. This not the first topic about that sign and etc. There have been first hand reports of only the screening form being needed to enter the building.
  13. What is the source of that info. I see nothing on the Division 1 website or their Facebook page. The info I have seen only requies a form to be completed unless you are working there.;l
  14. I think they are incorrectly calling a visa exempt entry that allows a 30 day stay with a visa on arrival. What is there reasoning for not getting a reentry permit. I would guess that would allow more than a 30 day stay and then it can still be extended for 30 days.
  15. If their passport was not valid i can see that being a problem. I think she is probably in a house book. If the passport has been issued in recent years and is still valid it will be accepted. She might even have a Thai ID card.
  16. He would apply for the re-entry with his new passport since the old one would be canceled already. He could go to immigration and do the stamp transfer and re-entry permit at the same time.
  17. There is no rule stating how soon you need to do the stamp transfers. He could wait until March if he wanted to.
  18. Most immigration office will accept your old address without any proof when applying for a extension based upon retirement if you are in the same province.
  19. You need a letter from the bank confirming your account and the balance on the day it is written for every extension of stay. Whether a bank statement is needed or not depends upon the office where you apply.
  20. For a 60 day covid 19 extension it would depend upon where you apply for it. I would say at most office it would be 2 weeks early.
  21. I assume you are applying for a extension of stay based upon retirement at immigration not a non-o visa at a embassy or consulate. If in the same province where you applied before you could apply using your existing address that they have.
  22. You apparently entered the country visa exempt and got a 30 day extension of the 30 day stay it allowed. A visa on arrival is only for 15 days and cannot be extended. You will apply for the 60 day covid 19 extension at Muang Thong Thani. The cost and the required documents will be the same as the 30 day extension you got other than the affidavit.
  23. I would guess that they assumed your transport was included in your hotel reservation. The transport from the airport is not included on the list of documents for the sandboxes on the Thailand Pass site. You should still try to arrange your transport before arriving.
