If is fairly easy do to it yourself. To apply for a non-o visa at immigration the 400k baht only has to be in the bank on the day you apply. The 400k baht would need to be in the bank for 2 months on the day you apply.

At most offices now they will only want a TM30 report done to change you address.

I think they are incorrectly calling a visa exempt entry that allows a 30 day stay with a visa on arrival. What is there reasoning for not getting a reentry permit. I would guess that would allow more than a 30 day stay and then it can still be extended for 30 days.

If their passport was not valid i can see that being a problem. I think she is probably in a house book. If the passport has been issued in recent years and is still valid it will be accepted. She might even have a Thai ID card.

You will apply for the 60 day covid 19 extension at Muang Thong Thani. The cost and the required documents will be the same as the 30 day extension you got other than the affidavit.

I would guess that they assumed your transport was included in your hotel reservation. The transport from the airport is not included on the list of documents for the sandboxes on the Thailand Pass site. You should still try to arrange your transport before arriving.
