    It only needs to be in the bank for 2 months on the day you apply for the extension (rule change 3 years ago). You could apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife if you need more time to apply for the 1 year extension.

    I have never heard of any company wanting a passport be legalized. Maybe translated but not that. I think the legalization by the UK government will be enough. The translation would them be certified here.

    Educements could be a from a embassy or a governmental agency and etc. Immigration and embassies can refuse to put stamps or stickers on those pages. It time for you to get a new passport.     No problem to have holes from a staple in them. Are part of the 6 pages the last 3 in your passport that are for endorsements? Dependent on how much you will be traveling it may be time to get a new passport.

    That is the same as it being in your passport. Another factor is that immigration will be closed from the 13th to the 17th. The 18th will be the first day they will be open and normally that means you would not be on a overstay if your permit to stay was was ending.

    Using recent exchange rates 50k baht is less than $1500 US. I assume you meant 1900 baht instead of dollars.

    You would not have to do it in person if you left the country before the 90 day report was due. You could even mail in the first report at most offices. When you go to get your extension stamp ask about doing it by mail.

    The condo office can sign for it. Recently they just took a picture of me when receiving it instead of a signature.

    You will only need to do your first 90 day report in person that is due 90 days from the day you applied for your extension. You can do the report up to 15 days before the report date and up to 7 days after. After doing the first report you could do them online or by mail.

    If you leave and re-enter the country before you have stayed 90 days in the country you would not have to do a 90 day report. Not sure why you do not want do do 90 reports at immigration since it would be much easier than a trip out of the country.

    You only need a re-entry permit if you are leaving and re-entering the county. It has nothing to do with doing reports of staying longer than 90 days in the country. You will need to do your 90 day reports to the office that issued your extension unless you formally change your address to another province. You can do the report in person, online or by mail.

    You have applied for and will be issued a one year extension of stay not a visa. To keep your extension of stay valid if you want to travel you will need a re-entry permit to keep it valid when you enter the country. A single re-entry permit is 1000 baht and a multiple is 3800 baht.

    A TM30 report done is a one time thing now unless you leave and re-enter the country with a new visa. You can mail in a TM30 report to CW using the same address as mailed in 90 day reporting.     Not sure why you would want to leave the country to avoid doing a 90 day report of staying longer than 90 days in the country. Easy to do online. Why pay 3800 baht for a multiple re-entry permit you may not really need?

    You will not get a email to remind you that your report is due 90 days from the day you enter the country. The emails sent as a reminder is only for the reports done online.

    Savannakhet is issuing them based upon marriage to a Thai. There have been at least a couple of posts about getting one there.

    If you did a police report for a lost or stolen passport I would think a copy of your passport and it would be accepted. Airlines will normally accept any type of ID.
