  1. This is pathetic and yet another nail in the coffin of 'Thailand, land of sillyness'.

I had my laptop stolen and I knew the guy who did it, I went to the police station and told the police. I gave them his number which I had got from a friend of his and they rung him. 1 hour later the guy turned up laptop in hand and the police let him go....they said no harm no foul !

There is little to no common sense in this country.

  2. And once and for all:

The protests of the yellows were against a "government" that didn't give a rat's ass about country and people but existed only to get one single person reinstated - Thaksin, a convicted criminal who is on the run from a jail sentence and doesn't have the guts to come "home" to even support the people who claim to represent him!! Also that "government" came to power exclusively by blatant vote buying and pressurizing smaller parties who originally didn't want to cooperate with them but were forced to do so, which has been observed by many people including myself with my very own eyes, and all they (that "government") attempted to do was change the constitution in such a way that vote-buying would have been more or less legal, THAT is why the yellows notched their activities up a bid to make sure that won't happen! And successful they were, they could block the "government's" activities long enough for the courts to rule and disband the cheater-party that was controlled and paid by Thaksin who is banned from politics and not even in Thailand!

Also the yellows didn't shoot down innocent bystanders or set fire to buses and buildings. They also didn't commandeer armoured army vehicles, threatened to blow up gas tankers beside apartment blocks or crashed an international summit to make Thailand, their country, the laughing stock of the world.

Yes, they did block roads - so did the reds. Yes, they did block airports - the reds didn't, but exactly how many did that particular activity kill? And those airports were NOT taken by force but simply "handed over" by the airport personnel who sympathized with the yellow movement. There was NO damage whatsoever to the airport, when PAD left it was probably cleaner than during daily operations!

Oh, and don't forget that the reds back then attacked the yellows, which resulted in death and injury. Exactly how many yellows attacked the reds in the latest clashes? Where there any yellows AT ALL present? I haven't seen any on television.

Yes i'm one-sided and biased, but that is because i love the TRUTH. And i detest violence from EITHER side, however when it comes to violence, the reds have it as their basic feature while the yellows resort to it in self defense only (and even then not on a scale like the reds).

    Best regards.....

    Thanh

    Spot on !

I like the previous post you made, funny as f6uck and oh so true lol

  3. Sorry to hear about your unfortunate encounter and understand that you must be pretty shaken up. However, I will add that i also think being attracted to/turned on by transgendered individuals is not accepted by the gay community as being "gay." Perhaps you would receive less resistance from us if you quite self identifying as gay or bisexual. Just stick with bisexual as gay = being physically attracted exclusively to men that look like men. Therefore, by definition I'd say you'd be safer going with saying your bi. Also, to all you straight guys might want to think about why all the katoey bars are down sukhumvit around the corner from the straight venues. That's not a coincidence guys! :o

well gee, as a self appointed spokesperson for the straight community i think its pretty ridiculous for you to be claiming he is not allowed to use your label.

perhaps it is time for peaceblondie to step in and tell us about himself banging 18 year old straight mexicans for free as a shining example of what to be truly gay is.

the op, if indeed real, is a moron, you are simply laughable.

So what if the guy is a moron, he has come on here asking for advice and advice we shall give him. There is nothing wrong in people asking for advice no matter how silly it is or how stupid the OP has been.

My advice to you OP is to sit down and have a long hard think about who you are and who you want to be (no pun intended). Whatever conclusions you come to about your sexual preferences, when you turn them into reality please be safe :D and take care.

ps. never be afraid to ask peoples advice and ignore the ones who slate you, everyone needs a little help now and again.

  4. I think this was a disturbing story on so many levels!

But I would like to say to all you bi ladyboy lovers or what ever you like to call yourself:

    KEEP IT WRAPPED UP!

It is because of guys like you that heterosexual HIV even exists. And I am not saying that to flame it is just a fact.

Don't go giving your girlfriends diseases that they can pass on to others!

mr hammer. congratulations, you make the ridiculous sublime. sounds like you have some deeper issues.

please show us a source for your fact. i would love to read an old article by trink again.

    http://www.webmd.com/sexual-conditions/gui...bridge-to-women

July 13, 2004 -- Men who have sex with men and women are a "significant bridge for HIV to women," the CDC's new data suggest.

There are close to none new HIV cases in the US that doesnt involve drug use, prostitution or gay sex.

All this fear mongering is misdirected. Education should focus on getting gay and bisexual men to take precautions, that way the rest of us wouldnt have to use a plastic glove.

Mr Hammer you are correct, well done for advising the OP.

    t.s go get some head.

  5. Other than the usual back and forth, right or left, us versus them, what has Abhisit done wrong - besides have the backing of the Yellow Shirts? If he's actually done something wrong, or been found doing something that he has been charged with, I could understand at least some reasoning (not for what has been going on) behind the up in arms, get him out of office rhetoric. But absent that, has there been anything substantial besides the Red Shirt's version of democracy to overturn his appointment?

He is the best thing for Thailand right now, extremely well educated and a politician rather than a businessman. I was watching an interview with him over 3 years ago and even then he was talking about social reforms and better benefits for the poor and an all round better social system in Thailand.

These loans that he is going to get from China (cheers China) are going to help Thailand greatly and with other changes such as land tax and inheritance tax the poor really are going to benefit.

I have always said that Bangkok and Thailand at large need to have a better infrastructure, I would most like to see a better train network throughout Thailand and a better metro system in Bangkok. Once this is in place they should adopt a congestion charge in the centre of Bangkok. However the public transport really has to be top notch for this to work but if it is it works very well and lessens pollution in the city centre.

Thailand needs to move forward sometime or other and I think this needs to happen not next time but this time, the best thing the Thai public can do is get behind this guy because I think he means business and hopefully the proof will be in the pudding.

  6. I believe he is in the process of implementing such tax policies as inheritance tax and land tax of some sort. This to me sounds a good idea as you will get a lot of money to put into the social system which will help the poor. Thailand is still way way way behind the other major capitals of Asia, I personally think Abhisit is the guy to turn things around or at least getting the country pointed in the right direction.

I would love to see his policies all written out so if anyone knows where you can read them please tell me. I did see a a program 2 years ago and they were interviewing him and even then he was talking about social reform and bringing Bangkok standards to the rural areas.

He seems like a nice chap, Eton and Oxford educated so how bad can he be hahaha, he does support Newcastle though :o:D

  7. Never, never, trust the mass media, for a true story.

Yep true, Trouble is though mate the sheep do!

Research the truth away from mass media.

Thats my big tip for today.

Who has the time to do that though when worrying about your own problems :o , that is where they get you isn't, sad state of affairs.

  8. The BBC used to be a reputable and arguably the best TV media in the world for reporting. Sad to say they have stooped to interviewing convicted criminals, probably terrorists, on the run. Put that with the complete farsical reporting from Jonathon D'Head from his BKK condo balcony and you end up with a discredited news organisation.

Bloomberg appears to have the most sensible and realistic reporters in BKK, and I hate to admit that being British.

"farsical reporting from Jonathon D'Head from his BKK condo balcony"

    Hahahahahahahahahahahah that is a classic comment...love it ! :o

J Head is a the biggest plonker on this planet and I can only wait for the day he is in brown and shackles answering charges of Lese Majeste.

Look Thaky is losing and losing quick, everyone has come out against him and even civilians are now attacking the reds and winning ! he is trying to cover his tracks now and has given us all in Thailand yet another reason why this guy must not be allowed to ever become PM again ! at all costs !

interesting. i am acquainted with him and quite like him. i cant say that about most of the other journos i know.

nice of you to wish jail upon a man with a family who has committed the most arbitrary of offenses.

farsical? i thought he reported in english.

Yes I thought it was a nice touch.

  9. In relation to that picture of the red guy with blood smeared on his chest I very much doubt that is a bullet wound from an M16 rifle, wounds from this rifle ha ha ha lets just say you would rather not want to look because they do a lot of damage. However there does seem to be black around the supposed wound which would lead me to think that it was a a bullet wound...........however this is pure speculation as my experience with bullets and guns etc etc is very rudimentary.

I agree with Gman, I think a water cannon would have been enough, although an on fire bus coming straight towards me and my buddies would probably change my mind.

  10. Absolutely zero confidence that he can do anything. He's been hopeless and a disgrace. Was willing to give him a chance, but he's really made his position impossible.

This coming from someone who judges political figures on their ability to provide clear communications to news agencies when being interviewed. :o

I hear Labour are seeking new advises, you would be ideal for the job in my view and I would be happy to write a recommendation for you.

  12. Although I do not condone any sort of violence I did see that lady running her mouth and hoped that someone would shut her the f77ck up....my wish was granted.

You should keep in mind that the BBC and Channel 4 always take the side of the protesters as do most news agencies, they love an underdog and they love a story. As far as I am concerned mate, driving burning buses into a crowd of military personal deserves a few bullets back. I am sure you are aware that they stole a gas transporter and tried to set it alight in a residential area ! In times like these you need to be ready to get what you give and over the past few days these guys have given quite a lot of bullshit.

Do you want to know who I really feel for in all of this ????? the actual reds on the ground because quite frankly they are fighting for a course they do not fully understand. A few will probably die in the process and I take particular hostility to a waste life and this truly would be a waste of life.

ps. stick to watching CNN, they are the only decent truthful agency out there in my opinion. Dan Rivers is a better reporter then Mr Head over at the BBC who seems to have a serious problem with you know who and therefore is obviously being one sided (again) in his reporting of the situation.
