After reading all the advice, I'll probably be the first to recommend the following, based on my own experience and poor sleep due to problems: - Take valerian drops at intervals throughout the day, or at least an hour before bedtime. It worked very well for me, and I slept for over 8 hours straight, not waking up in the night because I was struggling with problems. The recommended remedy is purely herbal, without chemicals or drugs.
